   We had a brilliant meal at Bella Italia during our stay at Centre Parcs Sherwood. The calzone was absolutely amazing, the pizza was really good, and the chicken Milanese was another standout dish. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavour. A special shout‑out to Stephen, who served us — friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend and happily return. Five stars from us.

   Food was good. Sharing camembert was on the small side for two people and could have done with being cooked a bit longer as it wasn't hot or runny enough for me, however it tasted good. Prawn pasta was delicious as was the vegetarian calzone with added chillies. My husband said it was the best calzone he has ever had. The meat pizza and goats cheese pasta also got the thumbs up. Quite expensive but it is to be expected at Center Parcs. Good atmosphere, child friendly. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Just note that they automatically add a 7.5% service charge so don't tip as well, unless you want to! We all enjoyed it. The robot waiters were amusing but I prefer human contact. All in all a good family friendly restaurant.

   Excellent service and food. We were lucky to have Jack attending to us for our meal. When I explained I am Coeliac and have a severe reaction to even trace amounts of gluten, he was exceptional. Jack was patient, understanding and completely eased my worries so I was able to enjoy my meal. The food was beautiful, so fresh and flavourful and I didn’t have any adverse reactions to it at all. All 11 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Thank you Bella Italia for taking dietary needs seriously so that all can enjoy your lovely food

   Forgot to take pics of the main food, but it was delicious. Gluten free garlic bread with vegan cheese and green olives to start, shared between 2. Then the veg pizza on a gf base with vegan cheese and a side of coleslaw, whilst my companion left the chicken off his pizza and just had ham and mushroom. They actually have desserts which are both vegan and gf, though sadly by then I was too full, though choc brownie with ice cream was enjoyed by my companion. I asked for a decaf, oat or soya latte, and the server, a delightful young chap named Jack, had to nip next door for the milk as they were out, which he not only did with a smile, but comped me the coffee because I had to wait. The restaurant is overlooking the pool and it's an oasis of calm in the evening, very soothing to look at. Delicious food, great service with a smile and fantastic attitude, plus a lovely view. 100% recommend.

   Amazing service, amazing drinks and amazing food. The Fruit Smash mocktail is lovely, very fruity and quite sour, and I ordered the chicken Milan which i was certain was a burger but turned out not to be, and I asked a waitress about it and although I had already cut it up she offered to ask the chef if they would make it into a burger for me. She came back with the burger and fresh chips. It was great. I'm very satisfied with the service.

   We visited Bella Italia this weekend as part of our weekend away and had overall a great visit. Our waitress was exceptionally friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was also absolutely delicious and would definitely return just for this. The atmosphere wasn't the best however, we were sat between a lot of families so there were a LOT of children running around past our table (we were there as a couple) and did affect the experience - I would consider seating those who book as a couple in quieter areas of the restaurant to prevent this happening. Otherwise a great visit and would return.

   Top marks for all. We all had pizza, including my mum who is gluten free. The service was very quick, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was busy, friendly and family orientated. Lovely meal for all.

   Arrived after booking a table at 4.15pm so they had only just opened. The waitress that took us to our table seemed really unhappy to be there and lacked any form of customer service skills, so that wasn't the best start. The service we had from our waiter Jack was a lot better and in the end we just wanted to give him a tip for the service but not wanting it to go to anyone else as they honestly were just walking around like they were at a funeral. I've been coming to Center Parcs with my family for thirty years and since it has become a Bella Italia as opposed to the previous non-franchise restaurant it has not been the same. The atmosphere is too bright and doesn't have the same vibe it used to. The staff also used to be absolutely amazing, so I don't know what has happened there. The food was okay, but for a "special" pizza it wasn't that much of. I've made nicer pizzas at home and I've had nicer ones from takeaways for less of the price. If you want somewhere to sit and feel like an inconvenience where you're placed near the tills and can't have a private conversation for you and your partner to celebrate your engagement then visit this place. Otherwise I'd suggest Hucks or to just cook at your Villa with a frozen pizza - save your pennies.

   Worst experience on Centre Parcs. Took the kids for ice cream at their Bella Italia Gelato Cafe. Apparently open from 12 noon till 9pm. But when we take the kids in at 16:15, they have decided that they are not open to 5pm. My son wanted their Gelato Sandwich, which was on the menu, on the front door. This apparently doesn't exist. Try explaining that to a child after 45 mins studying the menu whilst waiting.
