   Booked a party for my daughter. I must say I was very happy. The ladies went above and beyond and especially a lady called Sam who was looking after us throughout. Even down to cutting my cake and wrapping with my personalised stickers taking the stress away from me. Thankyou. Food was lovely and all my guests to the party praised the quality of food provided in the package. Would definitely recommend if you want a stress free experience. Thanks so much for helping my girls day special, she had an amazing time.

   Honestly, the place has gone downhill. I’m absolutely shocked. I’ve spent many days there in the past, but I won’t be returning. As an aunt of a child with special educational needs (SEN), I was horrified to see bleach and a hot drink left unattended and within reach of children — especially one who has no concept of danger. It’s completely unacceptable. One staff member, a woman with blonde and black hair, kept repeating the same unhelpful comments about children being in the ball pit, rather than addressing the actual safety concerns. On top of that, the food menu doesn’t cater to people with allergies or specific dietary requirements, which is disappointing for a family-focused venue.

   We recently hosted a community Eid party at Little Hooligans and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The venue itself is bright, welcoming, and — most importantly — immaculately clean. Compared to other soft play centres, you can really tell they take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and creating a safe, fun environment for both kids and parents. The party rooms were spacious, spotless, and perfect for our event. The manager was absolutely amazing, and every single member of staff was helpful, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. We’ll definitely be using Little Hooligans again for future events. A huge thank you to the entire team for helping make our Eid celebration so special!

   Had our boys 4th birthday party here, the kids absolutely enjoyed it and loved every part. For us though we was a little disappointed at how rushed it feels, there’s no time to welcome your party guests etc mom/dad have to go straight away to decorate the room, by the time decorating is done the meals for children are ready then it’s almost like food and desserts are rushed.. I do think it could be better by a half hour time slot in between parties if there’s parties back to back. Other than feeling abit rushed, food was great, host was fine. Probably wouldn’t book a party again though if I’m honest unless time scheduling was to be changed as I barely got time for our guests or to see my child playing with his family and friends.

   Had my son’s first birthday here as we wanted something for all ages to enjoy and something relaxed, the service and treatment was amazing ! The 3 girls who worked our party went above and beyond and made me feel super relaxed and we had a great time ! Allergies were taken seriously and considered with the food so that made things a lot easier for us ☺️ 10/10 would recommend to visit or for a party ! It’s very clean for a soft play and staff are super helpful x

   Took My grandson to little Hooligans today Had the most amazing afternoon What with the free face painting and free pumpkins to paint was just a treat. Staff are absolutely fantastic and nothing too much trouble. It’s always clean and staff are always quick to clear tables and clean after use. Toilets are always clean which is always good a good sign. I can’t recommend this place enough Children are in a clean and safe environment which is a must. Thank You to all the wonderful staff x

   Brilliant soft play for all ages even us big kids my daughter is 7 months old and loved the sensory room and small ball put and my son is nearly 3 and loved the whole day great food too would definitely recommend this place

   Come here regularly with my baby as a safe space for him to climb and crawl - even in the holidays is relatively quiet if you go between 9-12. The under 3s area is fantastic, plenty to explore and includes a sensory room. Staff are really helpful when attending on my own and offer to carry coffee for me to the table when they can see I have my hands full with the little one. I'm able to breastfeed comfortably in the bucket chairs. Is kept very clean, probably the cleanest soft play I've ever visited. Highly recommend if you have a daredevil baby to entertain.
