“My little boy started here in September 2025 and honestly the reassurance I received from all of the staff and mangers was exactly what I needed especially being a first time mum! Dee is phenomenal and really put all my worries at ease she’s never too busy to answer any of your questions and offers brilliant advise! The girls in the sycamores room are a credit to the nursery the way they welcomed my boy in with open arms and the passion they show on feedback when collecting is heartwarming you can tell the children in their care are well cared for. The nursery is beautiful it’s family oriented which adds that extra special touch it really does feel like a home from a home! Overall I would recommend here to anybody that asked the staff, the managers, the artist and the Gardner are all lovely so a huge thank you for making me and my little boy feel so welcome and at ease!!!”

“Booked a party for my daughter. I must say I was very happy. The ladies went above and beyond and especially a lady called Sam who was looking after us throughout. Even down to cutting my cake and wrapping with my personalised stickers taking the stress away from me. Thankyou. Food was lovely and all my guests to the party praised the quality of food provided in the package. Would definitely recommend if you want a stress free experience. “My son has been attending this nursery since he was around 18 months old and has consistently had a positive experience. Any concerns I’ve raised have been addressed promptly by the management team. For instance, during periods when my son was reluctant to attend—typical toddler behaviour—his key workers provided extra support to help build his confidence and friendships. Ismah has been particularly kind and attentive, though all the staff I’ve interacted with have been warm and welcoming. They always acknowledge my child, even outside of nursery hours, which reflects their genuine care. While the nursery doesn’t have its own outdoor space, they make up for it with regular walks, park visits, cinema trips, and daily access to an on-site soft play area. The nursery also offers wraparound care, including a breakfast club and holiday club, which is a great support for working parents. Communication has noticeably improved over the past year with the introduction of the Famly app. We now receive timely updates about closures and helpful reminders when needed. The app also provides a daily, child-specific itinerary, photos, and a monthly development summary, which helps us stay informed and engaged in our child’s progress.”

“Robins Nest are a brilliant nursery, the staff are so lovely and nothing it too much trouble to accommodate. My daughter has additional needs and they have gone above and beyond to support her and meet with me regularly to discuss her goals and progress. They have assisted with referring her to relevant services and guiding me through these steps. My daughter loves going and I feel so comfortable knowing she is cared for so well - she comes home covered in dirt, paint or glitter and I know she has had a great day!”

“I love going to this store, to be clear, I only go for the legos. The floor staff are great, always humour my requests to get the sets from the top, if there's a return or exchange they just help and process it. During Christmas they have longer hours too and almost always have a sale on items so worth checking out.”

“I currently have 2 boys attending Banana Moon Walsall since it has been under new management. One in full moon and the other in baby moon. Both children completely love the setting, staff and the friends that they have made. The staff are so welcoming, supportive, professional and friendly. No ask is too much and the children and kept at the heart of everything. I get updates not only face to face but also via the app system letting me know and keep a record of activities, developments, meals and up coming events so I can always plan and prepare accordingly.”
