Another easy stay. Welcomed by Tom and Maria. Given a lovely room with super hot shower and enjoyed three nights at the end of very long working days. It was a perfect room to just relax in and unwind. Nice bed and great nights sleep. I do love this hotel. It’s just great at providing you with everything you need and with a real focus on customer excellence. It was faultless in every way. I genuinely feel the team are the best in Swansea from the manager to the newest recruit. Well done! Great job everyone! One very happy customer! See you again soon.

Took us a while to work out the lights. Put card in slot and nothing. (Little switch under key card slot) They have a pool table available for guests £1 a game. Good table. Lots of room to play. However you're required to pay by coins for the table. Yet the actual hotel is cashless. So unable to get change from reception or bar. Only real complaint. Not staffs fault of course. Probably just need to update table to be able to accept card as well.

Very welcoming. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Food was good and there was a vast breakfast selection. Housekeeping tho did knock twice in morning they we had late checkout booked which they were not aware of.

I leave 3 stars because my car was keyed in their parking area. I talked to their receptionist who told me that they will check CCTV records. But I received an email response, they can't do anything I should go to police. Most likely their employees know who did this keying. They provide no safety and don't take any responsibility if anything is damaged or stolen. I don't recommend them. Kitchen personals were polite people and happy with breakfast but safety comes first.

I have stayed here twice now and it's a good, clean hotel with nice rooms. I like the location - easy if you're driving and, if you don't mind a mile or so walk, it's a good stroll to town, with several nice restaurants and bars in walking distance. The only negative on this visit was the noise - my room was on the second floor looking to the front and people had endless loud conversations outside (assume they were smoking) and some cars had their engines idling for ages in the car park at night too. Not a problem if you like your window shut but it was warm and I wanted air.

A very warm welcome from the staff on arrival and a surprise upgrade, thank you. Our room was very comfortable, clean and a very comfy bed. A short stroll from the marina ( about 25 minutes) and to the centre of Swansea and if you don't fancy the walk the reception staff will happily order a taxi for you. Will definitely return in the future.

I had the utmost pleasure to stay at this hotel. I was availed of a spotlessly clean room with a comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and the food in the restaurant delicious. Quiet and peaceful with friendly amiable staff who went out of their way to make my stay so pleasant that I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again. Not even ten minutes drive into the town centre. Many thanks to Becky, Oliver, Paddy and Linda the boss! Highly recommended. Lord Jonathan Norman.

I used the Electric Vehicle Charging bay for less than an hour. I then received a £100 parking fine. I have since learnt that if you register the car at reception you won’t get a fine. I called reception and the very helpful lady cancelled the fine. Please be aware:)

As always a heartfelt welcome from the staff. Room was exceptionally clean and spacious. A short walk into town. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We have stayed at the Ibis Swansea a number of times and have never been disappointed. Thank you for a warm welcome and wonderful stay.

Great hotel and excellent location, especially for the price of the room for a night. Normally stay here when on business and it is a great place to do so as it is easy access to Swansea. Two things I would improve however is having a bath instead of a shower, although I know this would not allow for as quick of a turn over for rooms. And to not limit the heating, I have stayed before and there was not a cap on heating, stayed a week ago and there was a limit. The radiator is right by the window, so does not heat as much as the room up as it should.
