Staff were amazing very helpful. Bed's very comfortable. Good location plenty of shopping and food outlets. Wi-Fi not so good and needs a bit of refurb as carpets in hall looked as if needed cleaning or replaced.

It's a bit of a distance from the motorway through 30 and the beloved 20mph. Located on a business park the parking area is large but there is little space for long vans, while trucks and buses are not welcome here. There was nowhere to park where I could back in tight and not have the front 8 ft out in to road. Service was great, everyone was both friendly and efficient. Rooms was fine but selection of TV channels was poor. Just for info, food stops at 9pm and bar at 10pm.

I stayed here with my family and couldn’t of been happier with the choice. The staff from start to finish were amazing very helpful, cheerful and positive. I’m terrible at remembering names but every single one of the staff were positive nothing to say negative towards them, easy to find our rooms and ours was spot on. We went down on Halloween and in our room was a bag of sweets and a nice little card so the kids loved both the sweets (obviously) and the card as a nice gesture, the kids will remember this little detail I would highly recommend to stay here and I will be when visiting family again

Booked in with son, who's my carer, for my aunts funeral. I had to have a twin room as accessible rooms were booked, but will be transferring to an accessible room tomorrow (Monday 27/10) the day of the funeral. After speaking to reception, we can leave our packed cases in the room, and housekeeping will transfer them for us. Reception isn't really disable friendly, with huge counters to talk over while in a wheelchair. If I'm having a good day and can walk a little with my crutch, it would be fine. I like to have a little independence to be able to go out for a cigarette, but when I'm in my wheelchair, there is 1 door that isn't automatic, so it's a struggle to get through that one. I used to be a housekeeper, and I know it's hard work, but when entering our room, there was a little (something) left on the side of the toilet seat that I had to clean myself... also the area around the tea tray was dirty, and the kettle and cups that I had to clean before using, so then i noticed dust all around the edges of the room, and bathroom. I cleaned all along the side where the tea tray was, as there were bits all behind and under, with old coffee stains. The carpet has lots of dirty marks, and also the seat of the chair. For me to have to go out of 1 building, across the road into the main building where reception was, is too far, and my son isn't one that likes to complain. We had a problem with our key card on the second day, which my son had to go to reception to get new ones to get in, while I was sat in the corridor waiting. I'm just hoping I'm not going to have the same problems when we change room tomorrow, especially coming back from the funeral. I do have pictures, but maybe the standard of cleanliness was higher in the hotel I worked in. I don't usually stay in Premier Inn, I usually go to Holiday Inn Express, where I never found a problem in the years I'd stayed there. I thought we'd try this Premier Inn, as my family are 5 minutes up the road, and it didn't feel right staying in my aunts bungalow. So I will make my judgement on the room we go in tomorrow, and hopefully this is just a 1 off!

Stayed for 1 night and it was clean and a good size. Staff were helpful and friendly. A big negative for me was how warm the room was and no way to cool it down, window only opened a little but that didn't help at all. Didn't sleep well despite the comfy bed as it was too hot. Disappointed for the price I paid for that night.

Location is great close to supermarket petrol station and food outlets. There is a restaurant on site opens 6.30 for breakfast time. The rooms are set out in two buildings with ground level and 1st floor so don't bring luggage to reception when checking in so you can see which building you are in, especially when it's raining.

A nice little Premier Inn clearly targeting business travellers. Breakfasts offered are actually done in the restaurant next done and we're tasty and the standard Premier Inn offering. The hotel rooms are actually split across two separate buildings, but I was in the main one so didn't have to walk far. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were standard for a Premier Inn, though mine did not actually have any plug sockets by the bedside, only a USB port to charge my phone from. The location of the hotel is good for business and food, as there are a wide variety of restaurants and takeaways in the industrial estate it is situated in, alongside a 24/7 ASDA. However, I've deducted one star from location in my rating as it is reliant on driving, being near no rail stations, and the taxi firms available in the area were very unreliable. Overall it was a solid hotel experience for business travel with lovely staff and I'd have no qualms staying there again.

Super room! Not huge but totally quiet, totally dark and comfortable. Good bed. However, the site and smell of the piles of discarded fag ends outside each building and the on-site Brewers Fayre, is enough to turn one's stomach. Gross!

Standard Premier Inn. You know what you are getting. The only thing that let it down was the room was grubby in places. Some of the surfaces had a layer of dust and the shower could have done with more cleaning. Had lunch in the restaurant with friends and it was pretty good for the price. Would still stay again, just needs to be a bit cleaner.

Received a warm welcome and check in was quick despite arriving late evening. Our family room was clean and spacious. I was surprised how quiet it was which was conducive to a good night’s sleep. There is ample parking and several food options nearby; we even discovered a tasty ice cream shop a stones throw away. Check out was equally quick and the lady on the desk waved us off with a big cheery smile. We would definitely use this Premier Inn when we’re in this area again.
