Great staff. But, it's a little tired as dated. You can't beat the price though and it's an easy drive into Swansea.

We had nice stay though hotel looked old as they had separate water tapes(hot and cold) on the sink in the bathroom.

Booked in advance for me and my dogs. The dogs are £20 each per dog per night. The room was spotless. The reception is in the service building and so is the entrance to the rooms, which i missed.

Came out with about 5 bites, nearly had a bag of dirty bedding on my head when 1 of the cleaners were throwing it over the bannister, then tells me it's okay because I can't claim off her as she has no insurance. Okay, great, thanks for letting me know. The room wasn't cleaned in the 3 days I was there, and I had to ask for clean towels. It's not the best travel lodge I've stayed at by far.

Great place to stay. Amanda and Dave, on the front desk, gave excellent service. Got checked in quickly, including sorting out parking to ensure I wasn't charged. They gave info on the opening times of the other services facilities and if I had any problems that they were there to assist. Bedrooms were clean and fresh, and had that freshly deep cleaned smell. The facilities overall are a bit worn with age, but nothing severely damaged, and it wouldn't take much to get these small things sorted. But this didn't detract from my stay. Certainly a place I would look forward to using again, after a long day of work and driving.

Had better lodge but good location. Extractor fan not working in room so 4 star overall. After today's heat could do with a/c. Update used again and this time toilet was leaking wet foot at 2am not nice. Used again. nice visit. good hot water.

Terrible terrible stay experience at travel lodge I would never recommend anyone to stay here. None of the service was worth paying. The flush of the toilet was not working, the kettle was broken, sockets in toilet was not working, bedsheet got stains on it. The sheets was stinking and the windows were sticky and not cleaned. The floor carpet was all dirty. During the stay in morning when we raised it to receptionist John we were asked to get another room by evening coming back in evening they said they can’t give us another room we need to vacate so we went to another hotel and they will give us refund the next day. I called the day after for refund the supervisor Caroline nones was rude and said she cannot process it and we need to speak to customer service.

Bargain accommodation just off Motorway, pretty basic but does the job. Plenty of parking free, ideally located with a Greggs just feet from front door that opens at 5am and lots of other places available later

Very reasonable prices and 24/7 eating and shopping facilities. Plenty of parking facilities. Courteous and professional staff. Costa coffee and Greggs second to none. WHSmiths had masses of bargains too.

Have stayed here several times and always have no complaints. Staff is always really helpful and nice, especially Sam that works in the reception. I travel for business and rooms are exactly what I need. Always clean and tidy with plenty of space.
