Oh great TGI food as always service was quick enough for us to have food before the show. A little bit slow on service but they were quite packed. Kieron B was polite helpful and got our order spot-on. Great TGI experience food is delicious and plentiful
We went there early and we were the only 2 guests at that time which was nice as wasn't a busy atmosphere and the waitress was very pleasant. We ordered the appitiser offer, which was a great portion and we really enjoyed the food. Will definitely visit again.
Great staff great flavours and tasting food. The food was devoured by all it was hot and flavourful I was a little disappointed in the size of the meal as it seemed a smaller portion than I thought I’d get considering I’d paid £15 for a burger and chips, it may be worth buying the extra portion for the £2.25 to upgrade your fries. All in all lovely atmosphere and the staff where terrific, by the way you know they sing if it’s your birthday ?!?! Wow you guys rock !!

Great service!! The staff are super helpful and friendly The steak and the ribs were flavoursome and the chips to die for, however the corn tasted bitter and the coleslaw wasn't nice. Overall, it was a lovely dinner and I would go back if I were living here.
I came here around 2 plus and was welcome by the waitress pleasantly. Took our orders. Ordered sesame chicken strips and hot wings as starters and then inferno double stacked burgers. It was a really good portion though it wasn’t really served hot. The hot wings weren’t really spicy but ok. The burger beef patties were bad though, they were tough and hard. Didn’t like them at all. the servers were attentive to if we needed anything.
One of my favourite casual dining restaurants in Swansea. Come here often with friends, with just my husband and with my family. Food is always freshly cooked and delicious. The waiters and waitresses are always happy, attentive and professional. Looking forward to coming back soon for more sesame chicken strips
Good service, best chips and generally good food as there was no complaints from my group if friends. Went there for a birthday celebration and they gave the person with the birthday a slice of cake, which I believe is a TGI.Friday special cake, and sung a happy birthday song. Great evening, I'd recommend to anyone who loves burgers and ribs who isn't on a tight budget as it's quite expensive.
