I visited this Lego store in Brighton with my partner. Believe me I understand that it was getting to the end of the day, and I know it can be difficult, but I don’t think that it’s acceptable that the employee working at the time felt the need to make me feel like I had caused a problem by paying with cash. Edit: I have since been in to the Lego store and had a better experience, the staff were friendly and I had no issues this time around.

Really disappointed with how one of the female staff members spoke to us (blonde) She told us not to take a photo — even though it was clearly just of me and not of any children or families nearby. I understand the need for privacy, but her attitude was rude and unprofessional, which spoiled what should have been a fun visit. Staff should be reminded to treat visitors with respect when enforcing rules.

When I saw they did a Lego Icons set from dune I knew I had to get it. (I hope they make more Dune Sets) I like to see the more expensive ones in person first before purchasing them as the images never really fully show the product exactly how it is. Visiting the store we were welcomed very politely by staff. Looking around a team member saw me looking and offered to open the display case and let me see the set in person along with showing the features like retractable wings and landing gear etc. Really good experience I have to say. I like the very friendly staff who are positive and helpful. Very, very nice store. Love shopping here. 10/10

Was a lovely surprise upon visiting the mall for the first time. There's a section to build your own characters, not a lot of customisation (and a little pricey) but the staff were lovely and friendly.

My seven year old son and I made a special trip of an hour and a half drive down to Brighton to go to the Lego store but it took just one member of the staff to spoil it for us completely. The Pick-a-brick area is amazing, but not if you're seven and want to carefully make something as a way of choosing your bricks before dismantling it and putting it into the pot to buy - and let's be honest, if you're going to spend £7.99 on a small pot of bricks you want them to be the right ones, don't you? But apparently this is entirely unacceptable and one member of staff came over to tell us off in the most unkind way that it left me wanting to cry. I tried to explain my son would be dismantling it before putting in the pot to buy but it was reiterated that was not allowed and that we were 'playing'with the bricks before buying them. We left without buying anything and being left with no desire to ever go there again.

Love going to the Lego store. The staff are super friendly and they always have plenty of stock. I have been collecting for about 15 years and they have always had what I wanted. Great for small and big kids

This is a typical a Lego shop and the only one at Brighton. The design is with the same theme of all the other Lego shops, with proper display of all the Lego products and fun areas for the children to try and build their dream there !!! Every Lego friend should have a visit here. Enjoy !!!!
