βVisited today with my 2yr old and we loved it. Lots of free parking, not cheap but the toys and set up is excellent along with the coffee. Socks must be worn for adults and kids. Please note google maps will not take you to the correct place so use the pin drop on the street to guide you.β
βI am lost for words with how amazing Kiddi city is. My son is a member so we go often and have really got to know the staff, itβs a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I decided to have my sonβs 2nd birthday here and WOW, what a party it was. Anna (the owner) was very very accommodating. I was worried I wouldnβt have enough food platters for the adults so Anna whipped up another tray for me. She was really on the ball and I literally had to do nothing. Even all the adults had a great time, sitting, chatting, eating cake & drinking coffee. We had the whole place to ourselves and shut for the public which made it even more special. My Son had an amazing time and so did all his friends. There are so many toys and role play parts, a doctors surgery, a bakery, a cafe, a hair salon, a pets corner and more! I honestly would do it again tomorrow, it was stress free, fun, good music and good vibes! Highly recommended with 5 huge stars!β
βThe sensory room and magic carpet are great for babies and toddlers to keep them entertained on a rainy afternoon. Be sure to call up and book.β
βI've been going to this location for years on and off with my children. I miss the play and learn sessions but it still have a fabulous sensory room to hire for 45 minutes at a time (just ring or email to book) and a lovely outside play area. They have toilet facilities. They offer other things like weigh in clinic and sen sessions and probably more I don't know too much about. The ladies we've come across as always lovely. It's about a 5 minute walk from the far end of sainsbury's car park/waitrose and a newsagents opposite. Parking is limited in the car park attached but you can park where the zone ends and a short walk.β
βWe always have a good experience at carrots Cafe.β
βMy son has been at Hopscotch since he was 15 months old, the staff have been absolutely wonderful and caring towards him. The facilities are fantastic and I strongly feel my son has had a great and enriching experience throughout his time with the Portland Road site. The key workers, Debbie and Sian were so warm and friendly to deal with and I always felt he was in safe hands with them, however that being said, all of the nursery staff that I have met Taylor, Leah, Alex, to name but a few have all been wonderful and a credit to the nursery. Highly recommend.β
βThe second nursery we used, and it is like night and day. The staff are great, the kids love it there, plus the app works well and is regularly updated.β
βMy daughter is 2.5 year old and has never left me. I was very anxious about sending her to nursery but knew sheβd benefit from the social aspect. The staff at hopscotch have gone above and beyond to make her feel nurtured and safe. They give each child the care and attention they need whilst also running group activities that are fun, engaging but always have a skill being taught within. I am extremely grateful for the support my daughter and I have received in this transition and could not ask for a better environment for her to be looked after in.β

βA perfect experience- a warm welcome from the friendly and helpful staff. My room request was entirely satisfied and I had a great room- spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed a drink in the bar and felt very well looked after by the whole team throughout my stay.β
βVisits for a child's 8th birthday. Kids all kept together in VIP area with unlimited play. Then 2nd hour eating, could have been more organized with drink and food at the same time 3 kids had to wait and didn't get food until the rest of the party finished eating.β
βI used to take my son here most days for there play group, which we loved. Then he did the nursery. And now we go for the santa at Christmas and the Halloween thing they do. Generally a nice clean place with friendly and helpful staff. Also on weekends they have a great bit of parking, with no clamp or fine signs!β
