   Service good but toilets disgusting. Food and service was soo good I left a 10% tip. Food was over priced for what it was. It was a £15 plate at best not a.£20.

   Atmosphere and service was great (server was Gabrielle). Food was great apart from the peppercorn sauce. No flavour to it and I barely used it. The sage and onion chips though, were terrific!

   We are visiting from Canada. My husband is from Derby so we try to pack in all his favorite foods each time we come to visit family. Today's lunch did not disappoint! His gammon luch was delicious and really good value for money. The lunch special was a choice of a main and 2 sides with the salad bar for £15.99. We had a main and dessert. While there was a short wait for the food it came to the table hot and we all enjoyed our choices. Server was very polite and friendly.

   Gorgeous food and lovely friendly service. The salad bar had run low in all areas when we arrived and within a minute, it was fully restocked. Love this particular Harvester, the atmosphere is great and cosy.

   My first time visiting, and the experience was awesome. Good options on the salad bar, and the unlimited soft drinks dispenser. The service from the server Harriet was amazing, and the food was tasty aswell (kudos to the chef Josh).

   Breakfast here today. Quick, friendly and efficient service. I went with the steak and eggs. They were very accommodating and were happy to replace my hash browns with bacon. Pleasantly surprised with no extra charge either. We also had the eggs benedict and it was lovely. Food was cooked well. Atmosphere was calm and relaxed. Great. Only minor suggestion is, don't use those ceramic plates for steak. They move around something awful while cutting steak. I would recommend a wooden board for steaks. All said and done, I'd come back.

   Visited on Thursday 11th November 2021. Surprisingly busy for a Thursday due to University of Derby graduation event at Derby Velodrome; however, service was still excellent with very little delay in either ordering food or food arriving. Unfortunately there was no cask beer on, having said that the choice is somewhat disappointing with either Doom Bar or Pedigree; however, I suspect that's all they're allowed to sell. Food is surprisingly good, not the same old overcooked 'pub grub' you may think it'll be, there's also a decent vegetarian and vegan selection. Food allergy and intolerance is catered for exceptionally well with kitchen surfaces cleaned before prep. Prices are not super cheap nor is it particularly expensive but it is good value for money, the quality of food is evident and the free salad bar is fresh and a nice idea. Inside is clean and looks well maintained, unfortunately the outside is looking tired and could do with some cosmetic attention. The parking is plenty and free, it's also nice to see an electric car charge point (this is a BP 50kw point).
