Really impressed! Had a party here on Saturday. Everyone really enjoyed it, the staff were very patient and welcoming. We took the option of food and party bags which were really good. All amazing value and they took all the stress out of party organisation. First visit here and will definitely be back for workshops soon. Thank you

First time visiting Derby and came across the clay workshop online. Had an amazing time. Staff really helpful with making our booking. Session was absolutely brilliant had a really lovely time as a family. Just wish it was closer to home so we could come again!

Booked this for a group of kids for my step daughters birthday. The team were wonderful in helping us organise it at reasonably short notice, too (with a Groupon voucher also). On the day, they were just lovely, patient (though this looked to have been tested by the end, there was another group also, so honestly I commend their efforts for getting a large group of kids and also a family of 4or5, some of ours arrived late and had to catch up, one was much younger than the rest so needed alme extra guidance etc) friendly and kind. Can't recommend enough, I'm sure we'll be back at some point, each of the kids loved the book-worm they made. Well done and thank you!

Such a brilliant place to bring young people - the clay is so much fun and the staff helpful. Was also nice to be able to bring clay home and carry on the fun.

Went to a workshop at the musuem yesterday and was disappointed. Tiniest bit of clay given and the women running the workshop was very rigid in the order of doing things. Not sure she has been around children as young as 4 before, as they some children enjoy to be creative in their own way. Everytime my child got the clay out the pot she came round and put it back in. We were 5 minutes late to the workshop and she made a point of stopping it and telling everyone we'd all have to start again. We had only missed one bit and literally took us 30 seconds to catchup. It was very rushed and not enjoyable at all.

Went to a pop up event a while back with my boy. The session was mostly good but didn't cater greatly to our autistic/ADHD needs within the family. It happens, we wanted to try something different so that's on us. However, after leaving, I went back as I wanted to get some packs of the clay to create at home at our own pace (much quicker than that in the session in order to keep attention) when I overheard some negative comments from the ladies who hadn't seen me come back in. I left.

Our 9 year old has loved Jumping Clay for years. She has attended the Saturday sessions, had a birthday party there and has her own set of clay at home. It's a great activity for crafty children. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a parents room with free tea and coffee and wifi if you don't want to leave your child. We definitely recommend it!
