   Went for the Halloween soft play session at Jumping Fun Inflatable Park in Derby and was really disappointed with the behaviour of one staff member (wearing a pink cowboy hat). She applied the game rules unfairly being strict with some children and lenient with others. My kids noticed and felt disheartened. I hope the staff receive some training to ensure all children are treated equally and fairly. Hence one star as we have lest with “hard feelings”!

   Had my son's 8th birthday party in August. Josh who was the party host was amazing! Everything went really well, especially there was a not all of rush in our morning slot so it felt like the whole spot was for us!

   We had an absolutely brilliant time at Jumpin Fun Derby! The new management has clearly made a positive impact, creating a vibrant and exciting atmosphere. The array of inflatables, especially the "Last Man Standing" challenge, provided fantastic fun and laughter for all ages. With a great, fully stocked café on-site, it’s the perfect spot for an energetic, laughter-filled family outing. Highly recommend it!

   I took a leap and booked a Jumpin party package just 2.5 weeks before the event, despite never having been there before—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I booked, every staff member provided outstanding service. I called several times with questions and each time I was greeted with friendly and helpful responses. The kids had a blast in the ball pit before our session began, and the team was incredibly accommodating, even welcoming two surprise guests without any issues. Safety was a top priority, with staff stationed throughout the play area ensuring the kids were safe. Hand sanitizers were readily available, which was a nice touch. Our party host was the sweetest person, making the experience even better. The party room was clean and nicely set up, with comfortable seating. We were given a balloon arch, cake knife, cutlery, paper plates, and cups—though the party lights didn’t work, but that was only a minor hiccup. We ordered pizzas, which the kids loved, along with chips, salad, a tray of delicious fruit, and two amazing cake/biscuit boxes that I’m still raving about. Unlimited squash was available throughout our session. The host helped us both set up and clean up, and was always on hand to assist with anything we needed. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service! Paid parking is available, and you have 5 minutes from your arrival to pay. As a side note, Jumpin Derby is the only place I’ve visited since arriving in the UK where every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful!

   Fantastic! Kids really enjoyed the home ed session. It was very busy and music was quite loud, but everyone had a smile on their face, even the SEN children with us who are usually quite sensitive. Staff were attentive and went above and beyond to help get my pushchair upstairs to the cafe. Great for older kids.

   Very good inflatable bounce park with lots of facilities and good foot. Great for children’s parties. Only major criticism is getting into the park from reception especially during parties or busy periods. The entrance would be much smooth if cordons or areas could be segmented rather than allowing everyone to have a free for all when signing in.

   Had our daughters party here. Fun place for kids, ideally 5+ as younger ones needed a lot of help to climb things...not a bad thing really! Party food was great, and our host, Amber was amazing. So helpful, thank you!!

   Fantastic venue! I had my daughter's 8th birthday here and it was made so easy. Our party host was brilliant and very attentive. Anything we needed she was on it. The food was lovely and plentiful. I cannot recommend enough!

   Me and my husband came with our 4 daughters last Saturday. It was really busy on entrance but to be expected they had a party on too. Not much seating (staff were lovely and got me a seat) I had my newborn baby with me and I'm disabled. Disappointed with no disabled facilities as my girls loved the stay. Lot of stairs I can't manage disabled especially with a newborn baby. Can't fault the staff always watching the kids and the lady who offered me a chair. Very thoughtful and kind. The place seemed clean, saw the staff cleaning up. At the end of our session the new people for the new session were already waiting to go in. So that got in the way of us coming out, also no cleaning was being done in between sessions. With covid still about I'd like to think they'd clean it more often. Overall my kids enjoyed it and would love to come back. Oh and prices great too! Affordable thing to do.
