Took our two granddaughters for the first time today. They had a wonderful time and can't wait to return. Staff were exceptionally helpful. The food was cooked individually and not en masse. Prices exceptionally reasonable and food beautifully cooked and well presented. Well done to all concerned.

Recently visited for a birthday party. My son loved it but as an adult I felt the facilities are very neglected could do with a good clean. no staff are monitoring what’s going on. Arcade is very run down with children climbing all over the machines. Such a shame as it could be a really good place for the kids but compared to others in the area it just dont match up. I don’t think I would be returning in a hurry

So I booked fun Valley for my daughter‘s second birthday altogether 13 children came to the party and it cost £200!! This was meant to include a meal per child and two hours in the party room. When the food arrived there wasn’t even enough to cover the 13 children genuinely all that they served were a few nuggets, two per child, a few chips and probably a 12 inch cheese pizza that had to be shared between 13 children and a little bit of ice cream for dessert. The ice cream didn’t even have sauce on it. It was just plain ice cream. There wasn’t enough food to go round all the children which meant some of the children had to share their already very small portion that they were given with the other children that didn’t have any food We were told we had to leave the party room 15 minutes before 2 o’clock even though we paid for the whole two hours they shouldn’t advertise it as a two hour block if it’s only gonna be an hour and 45 minutes the staff were extremely rude kicking us out of the party room seconds after we sang happy birthday. When we left the party room we went downstairs to the main room as we were told we could stay until 2 o’clock. Because we didn’t have any time to cut the cake in the party room we decided to cut the cake when we went downstairs this meant that we didn’t end up leaving until 2:10. That’s 10 minutes that we went over the slot time. We had multiple staff members being rude to us. They were even shouting down the microphone to the entire play area that We had to leave. The manager was constantly guilt tripping us saying that we were the reason other people couldn’t get into Play centre. We paid £15 per child the people waiting to come into the play centre hadn’t booked and were paying the normal £5 fee. So you’d think 10 mins over would be ok considering we were made to leave the party room 15 mins early. For £200 I think personally it’s an absolute rip-off. We got an hour and 45 minutes upstairs a 12 inch pizza and a portion of fries and a portion of chicken nuggets. For £200! The way the other staff members were being spoken to by the manager was extremely unprofessional and we all felt very sorry for the staff members that were being spoken to disrespectfully by their manager. The good vibes were very quickly ruined by the managers extremely rude behaviour towards not only us but the staff as well. The irony of us being Made to leave 15 minutes earlier despite paying for two hours but when we stay downstairs for 10 minutes extra they are angry and annoyed with us? I won’t be going back again!! Out of every single place I have been to this was by far the most disappointing. I’ll be contacting them to arrange a refund for the 2 children who didn’t even get any food that day.

Paid £5.50 for my 10 month old yet it felt like there was barely anything there for that age group. Mostly a ball pit with lots of broken balls. Seems there is plenty there for older kids though. Bits of equipment seemed to be just broken or missing? Everything felt filthy. I know soft play areas are not expected to be clean clean, but I’ve been to a lot of them in Derby and I feel this is the dirtiest I’ve come across.

Amazing fun, great indoor play area. Staff were very friendly and polite. First time here, amazing fun for children and adults. The toddler area alone is as big as most indoor play areas, the main play area is awesome. Every square meter of both play areas are full of fun activities. So many slides, indoor trampoline and mini football/ basketball area all included. The best indoor play area, great family fun. Highly recommended 10/10

Took our 1 year old (for his birthday) and our 11 year old to Fun Valley Derby. The soft play areas are great for the admission. Plenty for all ages to do. Both soft plays are three tiered with the older area having a fantastic football/basketball court built in which was a lovely surprise (unfortunately the hoops had been damaged so we were unable to play basketball). The food and drink was very reasonably priced and excellent quality. Even though there was two parties during our visit the soft play and cafe area never felt too busy or overcrowded. All in all an excellent couple of hours of fun with food for around £30 for 2 adults and 2 children. Will definitely be returning in the near future. Fun Valley is a hidden gem of a soft play.

We had our first visit to fun valley today with our 3 children (aged 2, 5 & 7). The soft play area is fantastic with multiple slides and routes up. Everything is clean, food is delicious and halal! Great portion sizes too! Spent many hours in soft plays over the years and can’t fault this one at all. Highly recommend. :)
