Absolutely amazing service , we needed a hotel for the night last minute due to a awful expereince at our accomodation in Nottingham. We turned up late to reception and the guy went out of his way to get us a room suitable for 3 adults. Nothing was too much trouble and we got a fairly good night's sleep. Staff were amazing , so thank you for coming to our rescue after a awful experience elsewhere

The desk staff need customer relations training. They were not helpful or friendly. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed but More bedding needed. The highlight and the only reason to return are the excellent breakfast staff. The greeter and the chef were hospitable, helpful and very accommodating. The food was plentiful, flavoursome and good quality.

When you book a Premier Inn, you know what you are going to get, and this one is no exception. The beds are very comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, the TV worked and the free WiFi is acceptable. On the day we were there, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, while entirely predictable, was hot, freshly cooked etc All in all, this is a good place to stop if you're heading into the west side of Derby. Very reasonable price and a decent level of service.

Arrived to a couple of miserable disinterested faces stretching over a high level counter. Pointed towards the direction of my room from a bleak dreary reception area. After scurrying along the narrow even bleaker corridors to my room i opened the door and found an area where they seem to store 1970's furniture and a bed... which tbh honest seemed clean. I thought id pop to the food area to eat. It all felt very sorry full for itself. Old '70's style shirts for all of the miserable staff (i can't blame them) My fir was disgusting and I refused to pay... I WILL NEVER BE BACK unlike Arnie...

Currently staying for 2 nights to attend a family funeral. Room is dated and bathroom needs a good paint, shower goes from hot to scalding. Noise from people above has woken us up, I have been to complain but they have 2 big groups of teenagers staying and it sounds like they are using the beds for trampoline practice and been constant for the last 2 hours. Wi-fi and phone signal are non existent and the free wi-fi is very slow. Building works going on next door that starts at 7.30am. If we didn't have kids with us we would move to another hotel and certainly wouldn't book here again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and the night receptionist Debbie was so loving and sweet with myself and my children. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone and thank Debbie with all my heart for being so sweet and kind after the horrible year my family have had. Think she deserves a Christmas bonus. Thank you Debbie so much.

Very good rooms and food is in the beefeater next door. Can't fault most premier inns as Lenny Henry was right, you will get a good night sleep. Great to have a good meal, few drinks and a sleep before going to the airport the next morning. Recommended.
