Rubbish service don’t use them ! They are so unprofessional. I had carpets fitted from them in my new build house. They ruined all the paint work and walls! The cutting of the carpet was so poor! Each time I hover the carpet gets pulled up ! I went back to complain they came back but still couldn’t get the carpet to sit in place. One of the workers tired to make a private deal with me to fit the laminate flooring in my living room. I feel so upset looking at my carpet each day I spent so much money and they messed it up ! Cowboys!

They just sold poor quality table with expensive prices. Each part is coming out one by one. They will not take any responsibility. I will say never ever go to this store, otherwise your valuable money will get waste

Absolutely rubbish, I spent a lot of money on carpets, sofas and beds and was told they would come with a years guarantee. Within a month the beds which I payed over £800 each for the mechanisms snapped and left the beds wonky. It took them 3 months to finally send someone out to view them and they agreed they were faulty. But once the driver called the owner he didn’t want to help at all and basically left us in the dark with faulty beds. I bought 3 beds and two messed up within a month. I bought sofas which are decent but they charges over £1000 and the same ones are in other stores but better quality for far less. The carpets have been letting out fibres from day one so everything I got is absolutely rubbish. They don’t want to help you at all and avoid you for as long as possible. They give a verbal guarantee not a physical one so nothing is covered on paper. They sell rubbish quality things for extortionate prices. Would rate them a 0 absolutely the worst place in derby. Very rude and arrogant staff. When buying they down sell you to worse products at higher prices and give verbal guarantees so when they less us within a few months they blame it on you even though the frame and etc is broken. Nothing accidental could break a frame within a month. Wouldn’t recommend them. If you need anything ST THOMAS CARPET AND FURNITURE is the best place to go to. These lot are robbing theifing dogs!
