   My experience with Top Furniture Company was very bad. I was clearly shown one type of furniture in the showroom and charged for that specific item, but the product they delivered to me was completely different. The quality, finish, and design were nowhere close to what I was promised. When I tried to contact them about the issue, their response was extremely poor. Instead of helping or taking responsibility, they kept giving excuses and did not offer any real solution. After taking the payment, their attitude changed completely, which felt very unprofessional and unreliable. Based on my experience, I cannot trust this company. Anyone planning to buy from them should be very careful. I do not recommend Top Furniture Company at all.

   I had a very disappointing experience with this furniture company. The quality of the products was far below expectations—materials felt cheap, and the finishing was poorly done. The item I received did not match the photos shown online, and some parts were even damaged. Their customer service was equally frustrating. It took multiple calls and emails to get a response, and even then, they were unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility. Delivery was delayed without any proper update, and the packaging was careless. Overall, I am extremely unhappy with my purchase and would not recommend this company to anyone. I regret choosing them and will not be buying from them again.

   Fabulous service and lovely furniture. I arranged a Windermere carvery chair for my elderly uncle they were thrilled with it, the quality was excellent and the service fabulous. The delivery guys were great and took it inside for them, unwrapped it and took away the packaging. This was very helpful for a couple in their 80s so thank you so much. He also appreciated getting a call the day before advising of the delivery time. Thank you for making it an easy transaction.

   Order a Lichfield chair on-line on a Monday. Received phone call on Tuesday to say delivery would be following Monday morning. Delivered 9:45am on promised day. Exactly a week after I sent the order. Chair carefully wrapped but not excessively. Just as in the photo. Nicely made and finished. Robust. I am a very happy customer.

   Bought 2 of their Captains bar stools after trying multiple other bar stools. Was amazed at the quality. Bought 4 more. Solid wood. They look fabulous. Would recommend this company to anyone. Already recommend them to all my friends.

   Great delivery of 4 items, no issues on delivery, had an issue with marks on console table after a few weeks, response from customer support not so great! They insist the marks are "Accidental Damage" and not their responsibility. The marks were cause by placing a fan on console for just 2 nights, the fan had 4 rubber feet. I bought the console table to place things on the table! I didn't accidentally place the fan on the table, I used the table as a table and placed the fan on it. To me "accidental damage" is poring coffee on it, dragging something across it etc. If I cannot place a fan with rubber feet on the table without marking the surface it's 'not fit for purpose" and as such I ought to get some support when requesting it, not be bounced back with "Accidental Damage". So please be aware, the items are very lightly painted and anything placed upon them is likely to cause "Accidental Damage". I was intending to purchase addition items to match, I'll be looking elsewhere now!

   Furniture (part oak part cream painted, dining table and chairs) ordered online and delivered during lockdown. First glance it looks OK but is not robust - the oak (? Veneer ?) Seems very soft for oak and a gentle knock of a chair leg chipped the table legs. Worse the paint at the bottom of 2 chairs is flaking for no apparent reason. Customer services said this was normal 'wear and tear' after only 5 months! They sent paint to touch up. Think we will need a bucket of paint. Don't buy if you have children or actually want to sit at the table to eat
