   Staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. They helped us find the best mattress for us. The shop displays are all well labelled and tidy which helped us choose our base and headboard. Ordering was very easy and we were kept well informed of progress prior to delivery via emails and texts. Delivery was at the exact day and time as they promised. The delivery guys were helpful and friendly and were as careful as possible negotiating our tight hallway and stairs whilst getting the bed in to our bedroom. All items were well packaged and in perfect condition. Overall a very good experience with no glitches. Many thanks to all involved. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

   Went into Bensons a month ago and helped by very good staff, shown what we were interested in and everything explained thoroughly. We ordered the bed which was delivered on the day we wanted and at the time. Driver Gary and drivers assistant Kieran, were helpful courteous and did a very good job of delivering the bed.

   Went to buy bedroom furniture at Bensons for Beds in Derby. Staff were extremely helpful and not pushy, encouraging to take time to ensure furniture would fit my space. It arrived earlier than the date given and the fitters were brilliant. Arrived at time they stated, fitted perfectly by them and as I requested. Even took shoes off in the property. Looks lovely. Very pleased. Thank you for a brilliant service from start to finish.

   Went in today with my partner as we needed a new mattress and bed base. Julie our sales assistant, was polite, professional and nothing was too much trouble. We tried many mattresses after using the sleep pro tech bed to find our preferred comfort type. A few issues with the printer in store but was sorted in a professional manner. And although Julie only works part time, and had never had to set up a finance package before she was talked through how to do it and all went smoothly. Julie is a credit to you and a welcome addition to your staff.

   One lady was absolutely wonderful and professional however the sssistnat manager wasn't. He told the lady dealing with us Rhayader she had stolen his sale. This then made her put in the sale as his. Very uncomfortable for us and shouldn't be happening. How many staff does he do this to??

   Staff in the shop, i can not fault. Julie and Declan were very helpful and knew what they were talking about. Very poor service from the delivery team. Would not use again due to the massive hassle having the wrong bed delivered.

   Emily was absolutely amazing with my elderly parents. She took time to listen to their individual needs and make recommendations to them. Not pushy at all and completely let us browse at our own leisure whilst never too far away to answer any questions. Amazing aftercare too…. The mattress protector hadn’t been put in the delivery and after a phone call Emily was straight on the case. She is a fabulous asset to the company and I will recommend Bensons to everyone. Thanks!

   If I could give 0 starts I would. Purchased an I gel mattress from store in April for £1800, moved it on its side for less than half an hour due to decorating and a huge lump has been created in the middle leaving it completely unable to be slept in, I was told that its my own fault so unable to be covered by the 10 year warranty as it shouldn't be put on its side, i find it very odd that a mattress of this price should be completely damaged after less than 30 mins on its side so its obviously a manufacturer fault. Had to ring the Tamworth branch as Derby don't answer the phone and was advised by them all the mattress are stored on its side in the Warehouse so not sure why I'm given this advice, also told the same by Coventry. I would avoid this company at all costs, happy to take your money but not happy to help - completely poor customer service.
