    Purchased three sets of Christmas lights only to find one didn't work took it back to the store to ask for an exchange only to be refused and told because i didnt have a recipt, even though the box had a b&m price sticker on it. I could have understood if i wanted my money back but i just wanted a set of lights that worked. Very disappointed with the customer service.As u can see from pic the Battery compartment has no metal conductor, making them unusable. EXCLUSIVE TO B&M, YET NO EXCHANGE GIVEN, WHAT A RIP OFF

    Shop ok needs a good clean and be careful.of out of date goods. Complained about purchasing food and got home and 3 weeks out of date. Not heard anything back. For most things they are cheaper . Staff ok.

    Not much to say. When we arrived the ar parking was a bit tight and if you have anything larger than a hatchback you may have to do multiple turning angles to get your can in a spot by the sides Inside the isles feel well spaced apart so it's not over croweded. Isles are well laid out and a big variety of products. The qualiy of products was ok, nothing special but not bad either Items are priced very well Service at the checkouts was also very politley done, no issues there. We've had to refund something on our visit at the staff were very accomodating and made the transaction super straightforward
