“This has to be the best service and product that I have ever purchased online, having had to return one tub chair because we ordered the wrong color Edward and Callam helped us return and reorder a different color without hesitation. Every part of the process was faultless even the service provided by TNT so professional in every way. Me and my wife couldn't be more grateful for the understanding manner in which were handled. “Cheerful and helpful, even if few staff about at this difficult time. Bought Good Home bathroom paint in Delaware grey, love it. Went back and bought kitchen paint in Brooklyn grey and white tile paint. Mixed a bit of the Delaware in the white for a new tile border in the bathroom. Pics attached.”

“I have never been disappointed on my visits to my Loughborough store. Staff are really helpful if I'm not sure what I need. Materials stocked are of a good standard and I have never, since the store opened, had to return any items. B& Q, just down the road do just have a competitive edge, but I always go to Wicks first.”

“Love the Christmas selection here. Upstairs it's like a festive paradise with all the colours and prices here are much cheaper than other places to sell exactly the same products. Also downstairs near the tills they have some lovey little gifts and things you dont see in other stores. Staff are friendly and helpful. Can be busy, but worth the wait. Nice big free car park.”

Just an update , still impressed ! Lent us table and chairs until our order is received , our rug came into stock early so one of their staff delivered it personally . “Have always had good service here right from when they opened many years ago. The shop now is a lot quieter than it used to be but still get good friendly service. Also a couple of the older members of staff often provide good advice and product knowledge and are happy to share tips on when certain products may be reduced in price. It'll be sad when this place goes (its rumoured to be moving into Sainsbury's...) So make the most of it in its present form whilst you can...”

“Went to this place last week and he is a proper old school craftsman using all the old carpentry techniques and he's been there in the same building for 46 years, un-touched, un-restored, beautiful building. I wanted a small piece of oak trim dating back to circa 1920 and he found some hidden away on a very old dusty drawer front. It has taken me 4 weeks to find this little bit of wood, I just wish I had found the place sooner. Any problem with wood, this is the place to go to and a genuinely friendly nice chap. 100% satisfaction.”
