Great parking, friendly staff, self checkouts (so really quick queue) and a great range of stuff! Found what I wanted really quickly and easily!!

I ordered some items online and collected in store. I was served by a woman who was really helpful and double checked the barcodes of each item to ensure it was the correct order. It was nice to receive good customer service and to be served by someone smiling. I wish I would have asked for her name so I could put in a good word for her
It's a decent store with a big parking lot and reasonable facilities. It stocks a decent range of goods and various items. I've shopped here a few times and it's been decent and the staff are pleasant
Well B&Q has changed in the last few weeks. The last review I gave was not of a good experience but this time the staff could not have been more helpful especially Paul. He pointed in the direction of things we wanted , giving us advice. Great service. The lady in the kitchen department was also very helpful. So our experience was so much better and if this continues then we will be going again .
A lot of items are expensive for what they are, however this spans over all B&Q stores. The staff are friendly and the shelves are kept well stocked. I find it handy to search for the item I'm looking for online and it tells you what Isle to find your item in store. Self service tills are available to shorten queues. Plenty of car parking.

The shop floor is clean and well presented.The staff is helpful and polite.They sell quality stuff in good prices.you can buy hardware,bathroom stuff,diy to garden equipments.They have big parking area outside.All in all I would rate it 5 stars.well recommended.....
Cheerful and helpful, even if few staff about at this difficult time. Bought Good Home bathroom paint in Delaware grey, love it. Went back and bought kitchen paint in Brooklyn grey and white tile paint. Mixed a bit of the Delaware in the white for a new tile border in the bathroom. Pics attached.
