Went to collect some light bulbs that I had previously checked on line that the store had in stock. Arrived to find no bulbs of the type that I was after on the shelves. Staff also checked store and equally were baffled. Complete waste to my time. Store web pages and their stock management system a complete shambles. Unless you go in person to store for what you want then do not trust it. I shall taking my custom elsewhere to stores that actually care about their customers.

Been in store today. Obviously staff change over for end of shift but I have to say, service was very poor! And to top it off, there was paint spilled in the carpark. Was not cleaned up properly and I was unfortunate to end up walking in it un noticed and my shoes, as well as the front of my car is now covered in paint! Absolutely fuming!!

Great customer service. I bought loft insulation and loft boards. Good quality products.

Staff always helpful, prices are good they usually beat b&q hands down although the range of items is better at b&q. Good parking and plenty of trolleys.

Large store seemed to be well stocked as we found most of the things we wanted. Pleasant and helpful staff too.

Ordered a complete bathroom refit and they've thought of and handled everything, including explanations and itemisation. The designer was very experience and was able to offer really solid and practical advice.

So far so good, went in to have a kitchen planned. Hassan was brilliant and very patient. Extremely helpful throughout the process and was able to tweak our plans for the better. Obviously, we don't have the kitchen yet and there's a long way to go, but an excellent start

Very good DIY centre for all household materials and work materials from paints all the way up to sand and cement. Price wise they are reasonable but check screwfix first. Visited yesterday and got a great deal on paint, 3 for 2 saving at least £20. Small car park for loading and plenty of carts for transporting heavy materials. Staff are friendly and helpful
