Excellent customer service from moment we entered shop (Derby Meteor Centre). Warm and friendly welcome, listened to our requirements, offered sensible advice, no hard sell, no rush. Everything explained clearly. Delivery arranged to suit us and they will recycle old mattress too. Highly recommended
Will really looked after us he greeted us when we came in to the shop, he got us to lay on the mattress assessment and shown us the mattresses that matched us with different pillows, when we'd decided on the one's we wanted we sat with a drink and he went through all the options to pay. We are very happy with everything thankyou to will in the derby branch.
I popped into Dreams on the Meteor Centre after seeing my dream bed online, in leopard print! Chantelle welcomed me promptly and asked if she could assist me, I told her what I’d seen online and she helped me pick out the correct bed, mattress and headboard in store. She was very excited to finally be selling the leopard print colour! She helped me pick the best mattress for my sleeping position and lower back pain, and helped me find something similar to the high end ones to suit my budget. Chantelle was friendly and professional throughout the whole transaction, which only took half an hour. She went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal for my new bed, I’d not had the best start to the day and she managed to turn it round completely with her kindness and genuine customer care. She is an asset to your team at Dreams on the Meteor Centre and I’ll definitely be repurchasing from yourselves in future again!
My experience at Dreams has been genuinely lovely so far. From the moment I stepped in, there was a quiet sense of care, no rush, no pressure, just gentle guidance. The staff were attentive and kind, helping me choose something that felt right not just for my body, but for my peace of mind. I left feeling heard and supported, with a sense of anticipation for restful nights ahead. Though my order hasn’t arrived yet, the journey so far has been reassuring. If the delivery reflects the same grace, I know I’ll be deeply satisfied.
John and Lily were fantastic! i went into the store with an idea of what I wanted already. They were very polite and professional and not pushy. They helped identify some alternatives to the frame and mattress I had found online and one of the frame recommended ended up being better for me. I was offered a drink whilst going through the paperwork and they explained everything clearly to me and made sure I was happy before signing anything. 10/10 customer service! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a new bed.

One staff busy hoovering. When she finally noticed us, she had something on the computer to finish first, then item for double not in stock but they have a single?, would I like a single... Gone elsewhere and got 100%
Ordered a superking bed and mattress to be delivered and the old bed to be removed. Come to delivery and the delivery men told me the mattress will not get up the stairs and will not get delivered as it wasn't a rolled up mattress and we were not made aware of this. Went into the store we're we had to ring the store to let us in (opening the store late). Met by the assistant manager nina who was very rude and kept putting her hand in my Mrs face. She kept saying take a double mattress even tho my bed is superking size. Could not get a anywhere with her so rang customer support up and it took 2 days of being on the phone to them to try get a refund which when they agreed tried to take 20% of aswel. They finally agreed to give a full refund after being on the phone to them for nearly 2 hours and being told it will take 7-10 days for a refund. 10 days later still no refund so rang them up again to find out that they haven't even processed the refund yet. So now having to wait 3-5 days again. Absolute shocking and disgraceful service from a so called big company. Will never be using them again. Dreams should be ashamed.
