   Firstly. I have mobility issues and as the shop is on more than one floor so I was concerned initially that I wouldn't get to see the full range of mattresses on offer. However this was not a problem. Derby bed centre went out of their way to accommodate my needs and there was sufficient space for my walker / wheelchair. The ground floor had a large range on offer so we were able to browse and test a range of mattresses to find the right one. There were two disabled people plus a carer and things takes longer and we fatigue quickly. Every effort was made to accommodate us with no rushing or hard sell. Everything was explained at our pace and we even took little breaks when needed. Derby bed centre was very knowledgeable and gave helpful advice to help us choose the right mattress. We actually preferred a mattress but didn't like the topping and derby bed centre arranged for a custom mattress with a different topper of our choice. Derby bed centre stuck to our budget but we ended up paying a little more for a mattress that tucked all the boxes and had a 10 year warranty too. It took a bit longer to arrive due to customisation but that was fine. Delivered with care and removed old mattress also. Best night's sleep in a long time and well worth the price we paid. Previously loyal customers of Mill Hill Corner but will return to Derby bed centre again for future beds & mattresses. They also do custom curtains/ blinds etc so will consider using them for that too if needed in future.

   Stuart was great help in suggesting us a bed that was for a reasonable price with the features we required. Very accommodating for our delivery slot. Beds have been purchased from him in the past and will definitely be returning in the future.

   This little gem in Nottingham rd chaddesden should be your first port of call for all things bedding! I've been back today for a mattress for my son and once again he's all about happy customers. His knowledge is excellent... I went earlier on in the year for a mattress for my bed and I've slept soundly since! You won't be disappointed ☺️

   When i went into the shop Stuart made me feel at ease and did his best to help me pick the right bed and mattress. I'm very over weight so need a strong bed and mattress. Initially I was looking at a divan bed and would get it reinforced but Stuart recommend a metal reinforced bed. And I'm so glad he did. This bed can take upto 40st per person it is a very solid and heavy bed I would definitely recommend anyone over weight to get a this bed. I got a full memory foam mattress and I've had the best sleep in a very very long time. The bed I got comes in different styles and has children's beds that's reinforced. I also got 3 single divan beds with mattresses for my 3 boys and they've all.said they've had the best night's sleep and never want to get up. Stuart gave me a good deal on all the beds and went above and beyond to help me. Delivery was fast and the delivery guys were very good and did a great job. I definitely recommend the derby bed centre.

   Visited a month ago and was extremely pleased with the service we received. The guys in the shop were amazing salespeople in the best possible sense of the word- listening carefully to what we wanted,giving us advise, technical information on the features and benefits all in a genuine and friendly manner. Our new bed and mattresses were delivered in a 4 week timescale to meet our requirements (far faster than the large national stores)- and I think they could have been even faster if we had wished! So nice to receive old fashioned service and at a good price too! Highly recommended - don't even consider going elsewhere!

   Excellent service from Katrina last week! We recently visited Benson for Beds and looked at everything on offer but I wasn’t totally convinced so after further research and a long conversation with Katrina and Stuart, we went to visit their store. We received excellent service and expert information from Katrina who helped us decide which ottoman bed base we wanted to buy and also helped us choose our fabric and colour ! All being well it will be delivered and put together within a week of placing our order. We are very much looking forward to receiving our bed, thank you very much Katrina, really appreciate your advice and excellence customer service.

   Had a bed and wasn’t quite happy with the mattress as I felt it uncomfortable. I visited and discussed with Stuart and he is fixing the problem and sorting out a new mattress for me. I even got two beautiful pillows as well. I am so pleased with how I have been treated today, WELL HAPPY! Xx
