   Bought British Gypsum bonding it is in gray colour didnt dry out in 4 days with fan Heater on came to do the multifinish coat all came off where bonding from Travis Perkins was Applied, where was the Orange colour bonding has stayed nice and strong. Very dissapointed with product and the same to yard staff rude and un helpful. Will never again visit this store.

   The company I'm in use travis a fair bit but we always avoid using this travis as the yard lads ain't very friendly.i was waiting for over 10 mins to be served I was standing in front of about 5 of them and they was all talking a load of rubbish.it would be a good store if the lad yards where more professional

   Terrible delivery. I left notes on the door and rang up to the main office on the day to give instructions about where to deliver material as I would be out. Bags were left in front of my house not even on my property. Will not use again.

   Purchase items for delivery online 4 days ago. Contacted them yesterday for an update, as I had heard nothing, and was told someone would call back yesterday. Had call back today saying items unavailable for up to 3 weeks, leaving me with a job half done. You shouldn't sell what you blatantly don't have, or cannot supply..

   Ordered some timber online, got given a delivery date. On the day, no delivery. They said my payment hadn't gone through 4 days ago. It had however come out of my bank on the day of the order. I had to get the timber elsewhere and pay premium prices from a local DIY shop. It took 8 weeks to get a refund despite numerous phone calls.
