Would just like to say that I’ve had and always have had the best service when using Srewfix Derby. The staff are always helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. Special shout out to Lynn who has helped me many times when I’m being a girl and refusing to understand what I’m looking for. Bob and Dylan was also fab and very helpful too
The lady was not welcoming, not helpful, very grumpy looking and shows no bother to customer service. First experience and definitely the last time I'll use this branch. Stick to B&Q or Tool Station for sure.
Wondered if to leave a review then read some of the ones below. Customer service felt like it could go either way. I managed to get what i wanted from the store although all the interactions were as though she was unhappy to be helpful.
I order my DIY items online then pick up them up in minutes! Extremely practical and would recommend as staff are polite and approachable.

Becky was an extremely helpful member of staff. I arrived at the store to collect an item I had purchased and had got the wrong store! Anyway Becky called the other store sorted it for me straight away by transfer and I was able to walk out with the item, really pleased and impressed. Used this specific store a couple of items and never had an issue.
