   Incredibly disappointed. I can’t speak for other reviews but was looking to hire out a simple speaker system for a music event. Communication was poor throughout. But the real issue was on the day of the event, 20 minutes before open and still no sign of the speakers, I receive a random call telling me the driver was in an accident. Now if this is true, I sympathise with the driver. But all I was told was that I would need to ring head office to get a refund, that was it. No alternatives were given, no help in another driving being sent. No information at all was even given about the ‘accident’. After attempting to phone the head office. I got no answer at any point. The only person who eventually responded was Gerald, who whilst assured me he was trying to make arrangements, offered no alternatives whatsoever. All I was given was cryptic messages about somebody at the office was looking to sort it, yet nothing materialised. I was forced to cancel the event, losing out on ticket revenue, hired security fees, venue hire fees, and refunds for guests. And to top it off, it took over a week just to get my money back, with me constantly having to chase any update on the refund. What an awful experience, and since then I have had no explanation of what happened, or even an apology. Pathetic.

   Well what can I say words can't describe how amazing corporate hire made our event to be. So proffesional Thank you so much for helping to make my sons day memorable. From the first time I spoke to this company I could tell they had a genuine interest in helping the customer they go out there way to help you for example I wanted to hire tables and chairs this is not what the company generally hire out but he went out of his way I think his name was Gerald and I spoke to another staff member called Jason to get me these things plus I had hired a projector they set it up didn't leave us lingering out trying to figure out how to set it like some companies just drop and go. They were very affordable and have a pleasant friendly outgoing personality thank you corporate!! Will be using you again
