Michael delivers brilliant tuition - not just in terms of his knowledge, but also his energy and enthusiasm. He clearly loves what he does for a living, and that provides for a really positive and enjoyable learning environment. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

   My 10 year old son has been attending drum lessons with Michael for 2 and a half years. My son has SEN's and Michael is fantastic in teaching him, both with his drum skills/knowledge and the creative way he connects with my son to engage him in the learning process. Michael is friendly, extremely patient and makes the lessons fun, so my sons love of drumming continues whilst his skills develop. The new studio has excellent facilities - a great drum kit, comfortable studio and on site parking.

   Michael has helped my daughter grow in confidence and really improve her drumming. He works with her and brings in her favourite music. He has coached her for talent shows and been really supportive. She has sailed through her grade 4,and is moving straight up to grade 6. I have already recommended this drumming school to many friends, and can’t speak highly enough of them.

   I was one of the first students at MM Drum School, I had lessons with other music teachers before but struggled to engage with them because I have autism. From the beginning the teaching was excellent, always accommodating what I wanted from the lesson whether that was learning the rock school syllabus, new techniques, working on improvisational skills or figuring out the drums to a particular song I'd been listening to. Over the years I became a pretty advanced drummer and I certainly wouldn't be the musician I am today without MM Drum School, if you want to play drums then you can't go wrong with MM Drum School.

   At 60 years old decided to give it a go at the start of last year. So happy I found this school and the instructors have the experience and ability to set you on your path of discovery and guide you along the journey. Of course it’s not easy at times but anything rewarding in this life takes dedication and putting some time aside to learn a new skill and the art. Hopefully my instructor knows how much I appreciate the way he pushes me passed every goal I set my self. It has been hard work so far but equally as rewarding. Thanks to everyone at the school and I would personally highly recommend them to anyone young, old wanting to give it go.
