   Screwfix is a marvelous shop for tools, accessories and hardware as beloved by the trade as by keen DIYers. This branch on Alfreton Road in Derby is my nearest. It is well stocked and the staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. I use them frequently and I'll keep using them.

   Very helpful staff and bought exactly what I wanted. Showed me what was on offer for guttering and I bought just the right amount for the job I had on my shed. The whole experience only took a few minutes and the carpark was just outside the door. I would use again.

   Always a great friendly service. And service today was still great generally. However, I was not happy today with Covid H&S at this store. Not all staff wearing masks, no hand sanitisor for customers. A small crowded customer service area with customers encouraged by staff to crowd in and not socially distance while not wearing a mask. I felt quite unsafe and wont be going back until this wave is over. Still 5☆ as I know this is personal choice and things are changing.

   Great products at decent price - no doubt about it. What I find impressive is the availability and order process which is fantastic. This is one of the smaller shops of theirs that I have been in and the parking outside can be tricky at busy times. Apart from that all good.
