   Returned an item with a faulty part which caused inconvenience. Upon the return there was no apology, nothing! I went on to purchase another item, no manners, nothing. The woman serving didn’t seem to have any customer service. Very poor experience on this occasion.

   I came in the store today. With my wife looking for a couple of bits and the member of staff named Jack was very helpful with assisting us and very friendly too. Everything is well displayed as well. Will return again!

   I'd like to give a big shout-out to Karen, Tara and Demi who make shopping at Ashbourne Toolstation a pleasure! I ordered goods for collection on the app and within 10 minutes, I had a text advising me all items were ready for collection. On arrival I was delighted at the efficiency and courtesy shown to me as a valued customer as nothing was too much trouble to them. Everything considered - a long overdue branch for Ashbourne and the team are a credit to the Toolstation brand!

   The staff at Toolstation Ashbourne ARE A PURE REVELATION! Just when I had thought customer service had become extinct! Always a warm genuine greeting, smiles, polite & extremely helpful, knowledgeable staff. People with proper personalities!! If they have time, they will have a wee chat & it goes a long way. You don't get the feeling like they have taken your money & "now get out of the shop", like you get with most retailers. If I was an employer, I would be proud to employ the staff at Toolstation Ashbourne! Nice one Toolstation!

   Brilliant customer service from the Ashbourne store. They sorted the following non delivery. It had been caused by Toolstation guarding me from fraud. I ordered an item with next day free delivery 18th Nov to an address not my account address. I did not receive the email informing me of the dispatch. I looked at my account and say on the invoice, STATUS cancelled. I checked my bank account and the payment had been made. I DID NOT CANCEL. I HAD NO EMAIL FROM TOOLSTATION. I tried to contact them via telephone 26th in the que, then after a long time I got to 6th. Then I was cut off. I tried again. No joy. Then I decided to go to my local store in Ashbourne. GREAT PEOPLE.
