   I went for a Karcher Pressure Washer and I paid for it cash. I then realised I had chosen the wrong one. The young lady Emily Y behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful, and refunded my cash without any quibbles. Very impressed with the service and I did buy a mains water cutoff tool. First time I have ever been in a Tool Station and it certainly won't be the last.

   I can't believe I haven't already reviewed this as I use the ashby toolstation more than any other shop for both work and DIY, to the point where some of staff will know my order before I've even given my name. It's convenient, well priced and always great service, even on the rare occasion when there's an issue with a product.
