The staff at the store is extremely unprofessional. I purchased Swinger from there, but we have decided not to use it. We simply opened the box, but when I went to return it, they refused to accept it. I believe the staff is incompetent.
Been buying from here for years. Orders over £20 free delivery is brilliant. It's not close to me so this is perfect. Can get everything I need from felt tips to outdoor large toys. Love this shop for the kids.
Be careful when buying here!!! I bought this car here. But when I plugged it in it didn't work. At first I wanted to exchange it for a new one but they refused. They told me to leave the car there for inspection. And I felt that the sales service here was not trustworthy so I decided to return the product and they didn't allow it. This is the first time I've encountered this situation here. I was so angry and they told me to come back tomorrow! It was stupid to buy here!
We traveled quite a bit to get to my nephews favourite store last night and what an awful experience not through the store! The staff was so rude and didn’t give any sort of offer to help until asked as they was talking through there headset while we waiting patiently to ask them for help! We visit the store quite a lot and spend quite a bit of money in the store while making my nephews childhood the best it can be it’s always the staff that make it happen I reckon but last night was just something else I will not be returning to the store staff on the floor was awful and the lady on the till with the glasses was a sour face miserable lady usually my nephew who is three has a laugh with the ladies and gentleman at derby but Tamworth you let your customers down!
Got a PS5 from here 3 months ago and after such little use the headphone slot on the controller is already broken, no headsets work with it without twisting and trying different positions of the jack. Definitely shouldn’t be in this condition after only 3 months. I suspect it’s probably an old controller in a new box, maybe even an old Playstation who knows considering the controllers broke. Don’t buy expensive consoles from here!

Went Xmas shopping, very busy, parking a nightmare. The store was very full of shoppers, plenty of stock, but prices have risen a lot considering most of it is the same items that were in stock a year ago? Not many toy stores left to be able to visit now. Picked up presents and left.
Gets very busy in the weekends. Good range of products at reasonable prices. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The queue at the till can take some time.
Good toy store. Good selection of toys and staff are very helpful. My only issue is that I have had quite a few toys from there with batteries in that have leaked and damaged the toys. I have also had toys from there which have been broken ( a scooter). However! Staff have exchanged and refunded without question and have always been very helpful and apologetic which is a HUGE plus and why I will continue to shop at this store. Excellent customer service and I would recommend this store to others.
