I ordered a saw online and I've been waiting for 2 hours for pickup. It was supposed to take 20 minutes at most, but no one is telling me how long it will take. I don't recommend it, totally unprofessional
Dealt with this company a long time always very helpful especially Gordon and Adam good range of products from good manufacturers. Great for tool servicing and repairs.
Went to the Derby branch to pick up a saw the staff were exceedingly helpful nothing was too much trouble they also knew I was going to pick the item due my conversation with sales on the phone both sets of staff were very knowledgeable. Staff even logged my 3 year extended warranty.
Decent service from Protrade. Good range of products at competitive prices. Delivery took almost two weeks but this was the fault of Fedex whose service is simply terrible. Protrade CS did follow up but communication could have been better - again, they weren't getting much help from Fedex. I would use again but would think twice only because their chosen courier is Fedex.

I've dealt with the guys in protrade several times recently . Found them to be really knowledgeable and very helpful . Have a great selection of top quality kit . My most recent order I ordered about 10 one morning n had it before 12 the next day . I'll happily deal with them again in the future
