Having a new kitchen is always going to be a huge undertaking, not to be taken lightly, but choosing Victoria Robert made it so easy. Right from the word go everything went like clockwork. Arrun listened to what I wanted and designed my new kitchen accordingly. The lads who did the fitting were so lovely, always polite and respectful and certainly knew what they were doing. John, in particular, impressed me with his knowledge and expertise! If you are thinking of having a new kitchen don't hesitate!

We were recommended Victoria Robert by friends and were impressed from our first visit to the showroom where we met Arran. From the offset he understood our plans completely - even more so than we did in some instances! His friendly and professional approach made the experience of creating a new kitchen enjoyable and stress-free, and the visuals he made were stunning! During the build of our kitchen extension, structural changes meant we had to reconfigure the design slightly; this was no problem for Arran who worked brilliantly with the situation and gave us a couple of options to decide on. Yet another hiccup occurred when our dishwasher fell apart upon being moved. Arran managed to both source us a new dishwasher, upgrade our oven AND save us money in the process, which goes above and beyond expectations of good customer service. The kitchen itself is of the highest quality, was well-fitted and is without a doubt our favourite room in our new home. Thank you for everything Arran!
Victoria Robert were INCREDIBLE in bringing our vision for our kitchen to life. From the initial seed of the idea, through the various different design options that were skilfully created for us to choose from, thinking of every little detail all the way to choosing the colours, cabinet style, accessories, appliances all the way to install, It was a fantastic experience and now we have the most beautiful kitchen and a cleverly created secret pantry! Could not recommend these guys more!
We have had a fantastic experience with VR from designing the kitchen with Robert and then the team fitting the kitchen (John, Jay and Andy). I have also got to mention Phil who delivered the kitchen nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this local kitchen company if you want a super service.
From start to finish very impressed. Design Planning with Aaron. Any queries sorted straight away. From the building team, electrics, plastering and flooring. Andy who did the fitting, nothing to much trouble. Phil the delivery guy. Just make sure you have plenty of drinks on hand. (It was summer). Definitely worth every penny.
Having had a substandard experience with a couple of other kitchen companies, my wife and I were very quickly delighted with the way we were treated from the outset (and through the whole process) by Arran at Victoria Robert. He listened to our primary requirements and added some ideas of his own, showed us the proposed design very clearly on the screen, the price was better than others, so we were very happy to proceed. Work started 3 months later with a great team stripping out, doing first and second fixes and fitting the new cabinets, sinks and appliances. Quartz worktops were templated and then installed and we are delighted with the end product (one appliance still to arrive but not VR's fault). We would have no hesitation in recommending Victoria Robert.

VR also put us in touch with a range of reliable, competent and friendly tradesmen to complete building work, plumbing, electrics and plastering - led by Matt. The quality of the kitchen fitting (Shaun) is second to none. Any small issues were quickly resolved. We are delighted with our new kitchen diner. Big thanks to all involved.
