Had issues with a dishwasher which Jamie tried to fix but eventually we decided I needed a new one. Installing the new one wasn't easy but Jamie persevered and did an excellent job. The service was quick, friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cattermole. Thanks guys.
Phoned at 2.45 in the afternoon, for an oven repair, they came the next day in the morning, repaired the oven with new element. Outstanding service will definitely use again and recommend them 100%

I cannot praise Cattermole Electrical enough! My oven wouldn't heat up so I called as was panicking due to having to do Christmas Dinner! They were so helpful and gave advice over the phone initially as they couldn't get out straight away. In the end they still had to come out and found out the issue quickly - I then sourced the part with the hope it would come before Christmas - it came this morning, I messaged Jamie and he was here within a couple of hours to come and fit it for me! The customer service was absolutely excellent and I would highly recommend! Thanks so much!
