Excellent shop, always bring my clothes to recycle and the money back is an amazing perk. Very efficient and friendly staff. Love going here with all my friends to get the latest trends at a bargain price. Good for the planet too.
I am absolutely disappointed to see the sign hanged inside the shop with swearing word and a lots of kids going into the shop with their parents reading it. Hope you remove this words .
Love the Amber Room and their ethos. I’ve dropped off many a bag of clothes and love that they’re getting life again. Sarah is great, the team are great, you feel like you’re with friends. I’m always super comfortable when I’m there and the selection, sizes and pricing is spot on. It’s hard not to make a purchase or three in the treasure trove it is. Give them a whirl, you won’t regret it!
I love this shop and it's promotion of sustainability. It has a great selection of pre-loved clothing for both men and women - all at very reasonable prices and in great condition. I've made close to £200 from recycling my clothes with the store! It's definitely worth a visit.
I first spotted this gem of a shop last summer whilst out shopping with my mother. She lives in Belper and I live in London. I was immediately enthused by the window display and concept of the business ( sustainability). Also , it is excellent for students who get a discount. The range of items is exciting , unusual and diverse . From High End Designer brands to High Street; as well as independent names . Prices are affordable and the standard of clothes are always in brilliant condition. I'm a Seller and I've been trading in clothing for over 15 years. I have a great , and very efficient helpful service and assistance with the staff here. They are very welcoming and helpful. There's a big turn over of stock so it keeps the shop busy and always something new for all tastes . Very convenient location. Since I live in London mostly, I have seen lots of varied shops and this is definitely up in the top ranking of stylish stores. Highly recommend popping in !!!!
Brilliant way to find hidden-gem pre-loved clothes. Love The Amber Room's environment, vibe and ethos and friendly staff. Also, I've made £200 from handing in my old clothes, highly recommend everyone to empty their wardrobes!
