“My partner and I visited this store a couple of weeks ago to get some inspiration and make some final decisions on our kitchen design. We were greeted and helped by Nathaniel who I believe might be the store manager. Great guy, very helpful. We would highly recommend.”

“Very helpful and highly recommended if you want a non pushy experience. We have been doing our utility room and kitchen over a period of several years (yes, shush my wife is patient!) and I was going to be doing pretty much all the work. As a consequence of this, we had our own overall design, ideas and goals but what I wanted was something a bit different than picking bits from B&Q etc. but equally didn't want to engage with a company who only wanted to fit everything and charge labour. Equally, I was interesting in finding a company who were prepared to validate our ideas and based upon their experience, give advice in areas which we might not have fully considered and offer suggestions where they have encountered similar problems in the past. After all, this is their day job, it's not mine! We got all of this through working with David and Andrew and were delighted with the constructive help and our end result. At no time was there a hint of sales pushing, which only adds to the other reviews which echo the same. David and Andrew have plenty of experience about what works and what doesn't and if you spend the time and take on board the information that they can provide as part of your build, you'll get a result to be proud of. So, If you want to have a relaxed discussion pop in and chat with David and Andrew, just try to avoid Saturday mornings as they're understandably at their most busy.”

Hakeem was my designer who was absolutely brilliant he took the time to listen to all my needs and make sure everything I wanted I achieved. I honestly couldn’t fault him at all. Hakeem went above and beyond. Would highly recommend Hakeem.”

“Cheerful and helpful, even if few staff about at this difficult time. Bought Good Home bathroom paint in Delaware grey, love it. Went back and bought kitchen paint in Brooklyn grey and white tile paint. Mixed a bit of the Delaware in the white for a new tile border in the bathroom. Pics attached.”

“A big thank you to the staff for their helpfulness and exceeding my expectations. Due to my clumsiness I managed to break 2 bottles of Muled Wine all over the floor in the gents. The friendly security guard was more than helpful in ensuring I was ok & not received any cuts from the broken glass & calmly arranged for the mess to be cleared up, also getting me a new bag & kitchen towels to clean off the rest of my shopping that could be saved. “Have always had good service here right from when they opened many years ago. The shop now is a lot quieter than it used to be but still get good friendly service. Also a couple of the older members of staff often provide good advice and product knowledge and are happy to share tips on when certain products may be reduced in price. It'll be sad when this place goes (its rumoured to be moving into Sainsbury's...) So make the most of it in its present form whilst you can...”

“I am an architect, therefore we knew what we wanted for our kitchen refurbishment. The problem was trying to find a company that could do it and take responsibility for all of the activities. Prior to contacting Kitchens Complete we had had 2 abortive attempts with other kitchen design and installation companies. I don’t normally bother with Google reviews and it does take a lot to impress me. However from the initial meeting right through to completion, the service was exceptional. The programme that they provided was followed and activities happened when they were supposed to. Our kitchen was completed in June last year and still looks great. This year we experienced a problem with a sink and Kitchens Complete organised the replacement. If you are considering a new kitchen. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kitchens Complete.”
