It's been years since I went to Morrisons, but today I decided to go on my way home from work. It's pretty much like walking back into the 90s without the positive vibes. The store although modern feels like it's stuck. The market street seems like an old fashioned idea, with reduced amount of items available compared to competitors for example meat. If you wanted to nick anything from this store it wouldn't be hard. On my visit I found the security at the front entrance to be on his mobile phone this was the same when I left 30mins later. The toilet facilities don't appear to be cleaned for a long time with dust on the sinks and surrounding surfaces. But to be fair to the staff again this is an area that could do with a renovation. The overall feel of the store felt cluttered with boxes of good just stacked random near the entrance and around the store in places. Morrisons radio playing corney music while you shop really!! Talk about outdated. The salad bar is a nice change from other stores and I can recommend this. I also recommend their donuts at £1 for four I thought this was pretty good value. Whilst Morrisons must be doing something right to be still in the top supermarkets it just felt old fashioned and stuck. If that's the type of shopping place you like then this is the right place for you. But from what I could see whilst they appear to be doing some things right improvement could be made.

Imagine ordering 2 hours ago through them to accept, but not start packing the order. Then, the courier finally comes, and they make him wait for another hour. I’ve been waiting for almost 3 hours, and it keeps saying the same thing every 20-30 minutes. Nothing!!!! Absolutely useless!!!

Tried a different branch this time (helping out a friend) but still didn't have a couple items she wanted. My view, over, over, overpriced produce across the shop. Hence I didn't purchase anything. Also price labels misleading, a tub ice cream label in front £1.50 checked her receipt £3. That's how they make money because folk don't check a receipt or EVEN accept a receipt.

Morrisons is one of those places where you feel confident you’ll find everything you need. The store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to shop quickly or take your time browsing. The fresh produce section is impressive, with plenty of choices that look really good quality. The staff are friendly and helpful, which always makes the experience better. Plus, their bakery and deli have some fantastic options that make meal prep a little more exciting. Overall, it’s a reliable spot that ticks all the boxes and keeps me coming back every week. Highly recommended!

Rude poor customer service from the florist counter, when asked if they had any helium for a balloon....no, me no? them no. Not even a no sorry or no not at the moment, totally rude. Give staff some customer service training.

Good family parking. This branch has very spacious family raking area right in front of the store. It’s important to know that when parking you have so much save either side for kids and double buggy. We went for a family breakfast and for every adult meal you get a free ids meal. Food is good value but the waiting times are quite long when you have a young and hungry family waiting.

A big thank you to the staff for their helpfulness and exceeding my expectations. Due to my clumsiness I managed to break 2 bottles of Muled Wine all over the floor in the gents. The friendly security guard was more than helpful in ensuring I was ok & not received any cuts from the broken glass & calmly arranged for the mess to be cleared up, also getting me a new bag & kitchen towels to clean off the rest of my shopping that could be saved. A huge thank you to you.

Standard Morrisons experience here. This is a large shop so boasts a cafe, pharmacy, tobacco counter, toilets, bakery, fish counter, lunch (pasta etc) fresh cooked meat and all that jazz. Friendly helpful staff. The afternoon tea at the cafe is awesome. Also has a petrol station too. Beware the car park though, it seems to attract people who dont care if they bump your car!

This Morrison store, well located, huge and you can get most of daily base products. Kida okay tidy in and out of the building. Nice music in the background. Staff members maybe not the most friendly but average, I have seen worse. Despite everything I would like to prise all of their staff members as they are working harder than usual due this pandemic. I will go back for sure.
