   Excellent counter staff very friendly. Great Manager who saved the day. Rang today to ask for a specific brand of fitting, friendly guy answered phoned , seemed very helpful and said "lots to choose from, pop in and have a look " This i did , 20 minute drive later walked into store. " We dont sell that brand " . Told them i had phoned to check before setting off, " no never have sold them". Explained i had called earlier before driving from Belper to Derby. Could not get an ounce of sence out of the following conversation as no one would admit to speaking with me on the phone. Honestly, whats that about ? Taking the ####. Why do that ? Very very strange. Luckily after speaking to the manager he saved the day and rang suppliers and thankfully ordered me a couplej to be delivered.. Very bizarre experience.
