I had the pleasure of visiting Princes for the first time today, and I will definitely return. What a wonderful experience, the bespoke, careful, thoughtful service I received made my day! Rarely is customer service of this calibre found on any high street in this day and age. I went to have my watch serviced, and left with two Christmas gifts, which were very beautiful and very reasonably priced (as was the watch service). I cannot recommend this business more highly, you couldn't possibly be disappointed. Thank you to the kind and knowledgeable team at Princes!
Top marks to Princes TV and Video of Wem for your excellent service that we received today, when Tom arrived at our home to sort out the tv aerial problems we were experiencing. He found the issue, explained the situation and carried out repairs by fitting a new aerial with bird spikes as an addition. Fantastic service from Dennis and the team. Fridge/freezer packed up on hottest day of the year, saw Dennis 10am and he delivered the new one at 2pm the same day. 10 out of 10 for a fantastic local business.

A company that is very professional and certainly goes the extra mile. On moving house Princes not only came and disconnected our TV's etc, they also stored them safely and then transported them to the new property and connected them all up. First class service from a company who know how to do things in a most professional manner.

I needed to replace my electric hob, service from Princes second to none. Went into the shop on the Saturday, was shown all available hobs, functions explained, I picked the one I wanted - it was fitted and working on the Tuesday! No long time wait, no excuses, just very nice people giving excellent service. Would recommend to everyone!
Great shop that offers really good customer service at a good price. More people should aim to shop here compared to the big shops as it supports local people. The delivery and installation is often cheaper than other big shops such as John Lewis too.
