   We contacted Mark after our dishwasher developed a problem and he was able to do some preliminary troubleshooting over the telephone; Mark & Glen then came to our home with a new part which we all hoped would solve the problem. It became apparent to all of us that our dishwasher also had other issues, linked to corrosion, which were not solvable. We liaised with Mark to choose a suitable replacement and Mark & Glen returned to remove and dispose of the old machine and install a replacement within days. A few weeks have now passed and we are very pleased indeed with the new dishwasher. We could not have received better and more professional service anywhere; Mark and Glen commissioned the machine, filled it with salt and rinse aid and ran it through a programme, ensuring we were completely happy with the new machine. We have received superb service from this reputable local company and would recommend them highly.

   I've sought help from the Two Ronnie's with white goods, vacuum cleaners and other electrical goods many times over many years. They always provide great free advice if they can. If they need to complete a repair, it's always been a long lasting repair at a fair price. I've just called to see if they can look at a washer-drier I've bought elsewhere that's not working. I've been asked to call in and they'll show me how to apply a couple of potential DIY fixes in case I can resolve the issue myself. If not, they'll have a look at it for me. What a fantastic service. Anyone else would come out and charge for those easy potential fixes.
