Could not have been more helpful when we needed a new range cooker at short notice. Great choice, and we got a fantastic deal on an ex-display Falcon. Also, a huge thank you to Mike who installed the cooker, doing a very tidy and meticulous job. Will definitely use both the store and Mike again.

We deal with Capital Shrewsbury because we have always received excellent service and competitive prices. As an example of the level of service, today our Mother in Law's gas cooker played up. Although it was out of warranty, Steve went around immediately to assess the problem, and Chelle called us to discuss repair options. No callout charge, no passing the buck because it wasn't in warranty. Highly recommended.

Surprised about the increase in prices of appliances in here, we've bought several from here over the years and we were looking for an oven but their prices are way higher than the likes of Curry's so we'll be looking elsewhere!

Shocking bodge job at my 80 year old mum's house of fitting the cooker. The socket is in the wrong place and so big the cooker sticks out several inches as in picture. Awful.
Wonderful choice of products to take away same day. Received great advice on our new oven and they really know their stuff! Awesome service...will use them again. UPDATE: We did use them again! Popped in on Saturday for an integrated washing machine. Great advice again and product delivered Tuesday morning! Free delivery (local) and they took the old machine away along with all the packaging. Delivery guys were excellent and the whole service is top class!
