   Went to see about laminate and decided on the laminate we wanted Fitted by Ron which is the farther of Ronnie that runs the shop. Ron was very efficient and cheerful and after it wás completed we asked if the hall could be done we were given a date and told Ron couldn't come due to traffic, second booking made never turned on. Called the shop and spoke to Ron's son Ronnie and I felt that t I was told abruptly NO chance of today as he's snowed under. I assumed that when the booking was made with Ron of both occasions it would have been scheduled in his diary, NO it's not let down twice no told he would ring me asap no calls Very disappointed and appears the service isn't brilliant. If it wasn't for the messing about and letting us down it could have being 5 stars Hope they learn customer's should come first and not be messed about.

   The guy in the shop wasn’t the most friendly but gave me some discount when I told him my budget. The floor fitters who came were amazing, so efficient and helpful. Very happy with the service I received from this store.

   Had a really good experience at first, Ron in the shop was very friendly and efficient, the guy who came to screed was lovely and did a great job, and Ronnie the floor fitter seemed nice and pretty meticulous with the flooring. However, we paid Ronnie on the Thursday for fitting the floor and he told us he would come back on the Monday to seal the edging in the bathrooms/kitchen breakfast bar. Monday came and I text to see if he was still coming, he said yes but never turned up. Nothing on Tuesday, so I called the shop to book in officially on the Wednesday. The floor fitter still didn’t turn up, leaving us with a bad finish on our bathroom flooring/kitchen breakfast bar as it wasn’t sealed. We have still heard nothing 3 weeks later and have sourced someone else to sort the work. In addition to this, we spent over what we needed to because although the shop arranged for the measurement/quote, we ended up with a box of bathroom LVT tiles and 10 boxes of wooden effect LVT tiles leftover. No refund offered. It’s such a shame because we were so happy with the flooring/workmen until the radio silence. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Do better guys.

   Absolutely amazing service!! We didn’t have a clue where to start with our flooring or which one to go for as we were having the whole house done. The bloke there was extremely patient with us and he knew his stuff. The flooring itself is amazing quality and the price was very reasonable too. I love love love my newly laminated home. Thanks guy!! Highly recommended these guys!

   Had a horrible experience here. Went in on a Saturday was told a price for the flooring we liked, it did seem cheap but they had a sale sign outside and we asked if it was right and the young man said it was definitely, his boss had wrote it down for him. So we took a sample to try it at home and loved it, my husband took it back in the Sunday and asked again if the price was correct and he said yes and wrote it down for him. So on the Wednesday he rang in the morning to ask again if it was still that price and he was told yes. I went in and paid had a receipt and invoice. A hour later I get a phone call to be told it was the wrong price and if we wanted that flooring we would need to pay an extra £400! Or a refund I told him no that was the price we had been told 3 times he told me that he had had enough of this s*** (so professional) so I asked him to pass my number on to his boss, who rang me and just told me how bad this young lad was at his job and that he couldn't give us that floor but we could have a refund or another floor. We rang citizens advice and they said we were entitled to that flooring because we had a receipt and invoice. I rang the boss the next day and he again was very unprofessional swearing and just slating the young lad. We decided that night after him ignoring my calls to get a fefund and to take our money elsewhere.
