The customer service I have received from first visiting the store to delivery of items has been absolutely excellent. Mrs Webb herself was so very helpful when I was making my choice but I was free to take as long as I needed. There was no pressure. The delivery team were wonderful. They'd already visited to check access details so that when delivery day arrived all went smoothly. They took such care, covering footwear, unwrapping the goods. Top Class. Thank you Webbs.”

We we're shown the foam options and advised what they could do. We ordered on Saturday, the foam was delivered to them Thursday, and they fitted the foam to our cushions the same day. “phone this morning for gravel and membrane and spoke to ian who suggested i by in bulk instead of bags which was a big saving and the best membrane to by. delivery was about 3hrs from my call by Danian and after a bit of manuvering dropped the gravel within inches of the job saving me having to shift 1 ton of gravel.ThanksTony Neal”

“I came here yesterday to buy a new mattress. The lady in the store was very helpful and made good suggestions of which mattresses to try out and knew which ones I would like by my reaction. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and could tell you how they work, how many springs etc. I will try update when the mattress arrives. They also do free delivery, free mattress removal and deliver on Saturdays too, which was handy for me.”

“Staying in a hotel in Hanley for work. Had a walk to this place on my own a couple of nights. Good selection of craft beers to choose from, on draft and in chilled cans. There were also cask and draft cider options. When I visited there were 7 craft beers available including pilsner, IPA, sour and stout. Good selection of music on too, punk, grunge rock. Patrons and staff were friendly and welcoming, the venue is has a calm relaxed atmosphere. Come and support this local business!”

“I have been going to this bakery for many years and the great thing about it is, Consistency. The cakes are to die for, the bread is fresh everyday, the sandwiches are fresh and full of filling. My personal favourite is the sausage rolls.... wow they are amazing. I have travelled around a lot and been to many different bakery's around the country but this is the best i have ever been to. I now live in the west pennine moors but still come over once a week for my treats. I would like to thank all the staff for always making me welcome. Keep up the good work.”
