βExcellent personal service( Which is rare these days!) Arrived and delivered on time. Quality of the furniture is excellent. Will definitely recommend.β
βStaff are all friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they even shared their tin of biscuits with our dogs. Would highly recommend for all your building or DIY needs.β
βWhat a gem of a place, I called here after seeing their website, this is a one shop stop for all your timber needs from hardboard coverup to exotic turning blanks and everything in between. Very friendly staff John gave me a brief tour (with safety briefing) and let me have a good look round. I will be back!β
βCan't praise this company enough. Really helpful staff, in particular Michael on the yard who helped me load the car. Forget the merchant groups and use a proper builders merchant like this!β
βVery helpful and knowledgeable Amy answered all the questions we asked and gave us a quote for the items we wanted.β
βBetter paint than stuff from Wickes but you pay a bit extra for it.β
βThese guys are the best! So helpful and friendly, only took about 5 minutes from walking in and walking out with a perfect mattress. They listened to my budget, offered excellent advice and didn't try to over sell. I won't go anywhere else for my beds from now on.β
βVery knowledgeable owner great bed and pricesβ
βSo please with the new lino style flooring we have had put down! They came over to measure in a timely manner and sent me away with samples so I could choose in my own time. No pressure from anyone and lovely ladies who work there Huge selection on offer too! Little gem in stone! Will be using again once our loft room is renovated 5* businessβ
βGood prices, nice friendly staff. Easy to park up and grab your stuff. David Bloor is always bang on! We've ordered a lot of items from this branch recently and it always arrives in good condition and on time if we choose delivery. Delivery staff always smiley and helpful too!β
βWhen I win the euro millions this is where I'll buy all my furniture, carpets and home decor. Luxury furniture and homeware. Prices are well above the usual high street brands but the quality and craftsmanship is felt in every piece they sell. The shop itself is an old silk mill. A four storey building filled with sofas, dining tables, beds, carpets, rugs, home decor, candles, painting etc. You could definitely spend a couple of hours browsing. Cafe was great. Excellent service. Full cooked breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed by hubby. And my ploughman's sandwich was tasty and very filling. We also had large chunky chips that were fab. Breakfast until 11.30am. Brunch all day and mains from 11.30am. Free parking available. Staff were pleasant and polite. Great place to get some decor inspiration or to just pop in for something to eat.β

βAlways a stress free, easy experience no matter whichever branch you visit. This is the standard by which all retailers should operate.β
βFrom the minute we walked into the showroom we have been treated like the most important customer. It is heartwarming to know that the staff look after all their customers like that. I will definitely use Bensons for beds again in the future.β
βI really like this store as it has everything that you would ever need to use in a kitchen, they have some really different gadgets to buy. The knives they sell are really good, not cheap but well worth the money as you'll never have to buy any again. Their pans are also excellent & will last you a lifetime. It's just a great shop to mooch around in, one of my favourites.β
βExcellent service and keen helpful staffβ
βExcellent service my brother needed some timber. Went in they cut the timber to size and helped load it into the vanβ
βWe were looking for replacement dining chairs and found just what we were looking for at GJC. Good quality at a good price with excellent advice from Steve. It was a real pleasure to support a local business rather than to pursue the online option. Finally, it's really easy to gain entry and exit to the Newstead Trading Estate now that the road works are completed!β
βWent in ordered my sandtex paint received it 2 mins later, very fast and efficient well mannered staff always willing to helpβ
βWe can honestly recommend your staff at the Stafford store. The young lady Holly was knowledgeable and eager to ensure we had every opportunity to try a number of mattresses before making our decision. She was very helpful and welcoming and made the visit a pleasant relaxed experience which then culminated in the purchase. I would happily recommend this store and products. The delivery was equally a good experience and the men gave us a short talk on care of the mattress each week. Excellent. Thank you. Barbara Evansβ
βTG had the product that I needed at a good price. Ordering on their website was easy and delvery was quick. All in all, excellent service. I had used TG before, many years ago, and had sort of forgotten about them, but I will use them again when I need their products.β
βVisited this store recently and was blown away with the choice and quality of products.. no pressure sales with great service when needed in store. The delivery service and team were first class - the 2 chaps delivering to my house were excellent ! Highly recommendedβ
βGood range of wines at a good price with excellent service. They do wine tasting and can advise on what you might like. They even colour code the shelves to help you. Beer range is not what it was in terms of price or choice. They have a wide range of gin too. Plenty of parking and they helped us carry to the car.β
βWe were not sure what we wanted, I am over 70yo, but Lewis soon put us on the right track with the special comfort testing mattress. To complete things we also bought a Sofa bed.Really impressed.β
βMy washing machine stopped working just before New Year. I rang Spectrum as I'd had them out before when it was Fenton Domestics. They came out the same morning. Β£35 call out fee. The power pack had gone. It was a Hotpoint washer. I'd had it for 15 years so it had lasted well. Made in Great Britain (on the front). So I wanted a similar model by Hotpoint. I rang Spectrum and they said they had them in. They sent a photo of a similar machine to my old one. Made in the UK. I went to the Spectrum shop that afternoon and had a look. The staff were very helpful and I decided to have the Hotpoint model. They said they could deliver and fit it that afternoon. Only Β£25 to fit it and take the old one away So they came soon after I arrived home. The two men fitted it very quickly (just waiting while I cleaned the floor). I'm really happy with my new washing machine! The service was excellent and I can definitely recommend Spectrum.β
βFriendly staff.. Convenient location.. Normally pretty well stocked...β
βWe shop quite often at ProCook (closer to home) yes it's expensive stuff but it lasts! Needed some bits today so we stopped in and picked them up, could have got it cheaper else where but I know this stuff will last me!β
βFriendly staff and great service. Good selection of products in stock and available next day.β
