Cannot fault this company. Had to cancel my order last minute . Goods had already been delivered. They collected the goods within an hour and a full refund was processed. Quality service
Best service. I called re some good quality fence panels, they had stock, were a very good price and order was processed over the phone by Bob. Delivered next day! On time, by a friendly driver and great quality panels. I am 100% satisfied. I had ordered some (my bad) from a national company who after 4 working days could still not give a delivery date, I won’t make that mistake again. Huws Gray have my business now.
Management need to decide, and clearly convey to customers- is it pay first then load, or load - then pay. The guys in the yard loading - very helpful., professional and offered good advice for my project. The guys in the shop, however, act as if it's a chance to chat to other men, as if theyre all old friends. Too much willy-waggling testosterone fuelled chit chat, as a woman I was made to feel as though I was a nuisance. Particularly by the big lad who was downright rude, and was too keen to go for a smoke break instead of taking my payment. Won't return or recommend, not a place for female customers
Staff are all friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they even shared their tin of biscuits with our dogs. Would highly recommend for all your building or DIY needs.

Great Customer Service. While there was some initial confusion regarding my Kitchen storage mechanism order that had to be resolved, Mike and Simon went to great lengths to ensure everything was sorted to my complete satisfaction. Really competitive (nationwide) on price as well. I had previously sourced a complete kitchen from them, due to the quality of product, price and customer service provided. What a great team at Buildbase Nantwich, over the last three years I have stopped looking around for the best price for my building materials as Buildbase always come back with the best deal and as a bonus they usually deliver within a couple of days or even sooner. I often ask to speak with Alan as he has helped me out with advice on alternative materials, quantities etc but the whole team are very helpful including the delivery driver who will do his best to drop your stuff exactly where you want it.
Pulled out all the stops to get us a delivery on the day of ordering, arriving more than 2 hours earlier than promised. Driver always exceptionally polite and helpful.
