   Im not a diy person. Went in to ask for some help with Door locks. Brought mine in so I could get a replacement. Asked for help and the woman serving me looked at me with knifes in her eyes and said we only take orders from the computers and that she wouldn't help me. I went over to the computer and started looking but couldn't find anything, turned to her and said by any chance you know of any door companies that could assist me. She looked at me cold and went how would I know, why dont you google it. Honestly the whole interaction was terrible. Im ok with someone not knowing something but you could tell the lady hated working there and was unwilling to even say no in a polite way

   Solid staff here. Helped and was patient when figuring out which products we needed. Accepted returns very happily and organised a next day delivery for an item which did indeed arrive the next day. However I did not receive the text. Would definitely recommend using this Screwfix for your DIY needs!

   Went to get a mortice lock, wanted some help was told to go to the catalogue section and find it yourself. Then when I asked questions about my account was treated like a child by the same woman. The rude and adrupt lady was called Dawn, needs do get some customer service skills. Went next door to Toolstation and was treated amazingly.

   Ive been to this place Loads of Times and thought it was Good but today ive experience a bad day with one of the Older women Assistant/ manager with no People skills sorry i Dont Know her Name but she was sharp quite Rude and didnt want to help me i took something back and she said we cannot change it because of Legionaires disease and because Water has gone through the Pipe. The flexi pipe was not suitable for My Bathroom and kept leaking this is why i wanted a refund Not Happy with the service this Time so i took my business to Toolstation.

   Excellent service, will tell you of item is in stock as you are placing the order for click and collect. Placed my order online this morning at about 11:30 and got an e mail about 10 minutes later to say order ready for collection. Can't fault their service and would very highly recommend. In fact all the orders I have placed with them have been speedy and efficient.
