Just visited Screwfix for some grout. I was met at the door by a very friendly member of staff sporting a well groomed moustache. He promptly sorted out my order and was super polite when dealing with me. Superb service.

Great place to shop. All the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The stock level is very good, it should be with the warehouse being next door. I have I have ordered goods that aren’t in stock, they were there to pick up the following day.
Went in on Sunday... Not exactly helpful, was asking for assistance with picking correct sizes and got told "we sell 30000 products, look online, I can't help you" even though it was a pretty straightforward question, I just didn't have a tape measure to hand. Then put through an order to view 5 items to pick the correct one and it became super difficult with the assistant. Will go to other locations in the future, much more friendly
Excellent service from this store. Took a faulty item back without the invoice and purchased some time ago but not used and they were brilliant - ordered a replacement and never charged the uplift price even though the product had come up - really helpful and understanding. Thank you!
I arrived early Saturday morning (29/1/22) to collect items I Pre - ordered. 2 women behind the counter were sat on the phones and tried to send me next door to the trade counter as they didn't want to get up and serve me. after I said I wasn't trade and asked why they couldn't serve me she stood up, got my items and tipped them all over the counter, not taking any care not to damage anything. I then asked for a bag as I ordered to many small items to carry and she said no (abruptly). I also wanted advise on additional items to purchase whilst I was in store but I decided to leave instead. upon leaving another Gent entered the store and there also tried to palm him off to the trade counter. sorry Helen, poor customer service from you and your colleague!
