   Bought a Samsung Tv 9 months ago, it’s broke. They will only send off for repair as that’s their policy even for things that aren’t 12 months old. Leaving you without a TV for 28 days. Spoke to Samsung if we bought it direct from them it would be replaced. No Management to speak to. Awful.

   Great store very helpful staff and found everything I wanted, but when it came to ordering as they were not on stock....They couldn't deliver to my home on Wales.....So will have to reorder when I get home hoping I can get the same discount !!!!!

   Good quality electrical items for sale here ranging from fridge freezers to television sets and home entertainment systems at ok prices not the cheapest store I've shopped at the staff are helpful and welcoming but not much in the way of customer service unfortunately I feel they could do better with this service but really good shopping experience

   I purchased a tv from them. I had trouble registering it online, so i returned to the store. I was introduced to Adam in customer care dept. & he couldn`t have been more helpful, he took all my details & did everything for me. 1st class service highly reccomend.

   Staff very nice but woefully understaffed.Also a lot of soundbars and cd players etc not connected up so you cannot listen to them. The TVs only show a special 4k recording to show the TVs at their very best. You can not try them with normal TV programs

   Good selection of electrical goods and tech. Helpful staff but confusing system for collecting pre ordered items. Having to, 'arrive' yourself on your phone and confirm details is not a good idea inside a metal clad building with limited reception. Staff were happy to take the order reference and other details at the counter so why confuse the issue. Reasonable prices.

   Would have been a good experience if the sales person didn’t keep wanting to speak to my husband as opposed to me… went in to buy a new fridge freezer which we’d seen online and were happy to purchase online but wanted to see it in person. I was ignored by the guy in the store, he continued to ask my husband questions even after redirecting him to me & then when it came to payment he was shocked that it was me that pulled out my card to pay… are we stuck in the 50’s? Such a poor show for what should be a modern store…
