   I purchased a dining table and chairs in November 2025 from Arighi Bianchi. There was so much choice in their premises in Macclesfield I had to go back twice!!!! Their furniture is very exclusive and high quality - almost like making an investment that is likely to last many years. Thanks to Chris I was able to make the right choice by process of elimination. Normally, when purchasing top quality furniture, you can wait weeks if not months to take delivery, but they arrived about five weeks later which I thought was a very quick efficient turnaround. The whole process was so straight forward and stress free that I would definitely explore Arighi Bianchi again in the future. Once again a big thank you to Chris and the two delivery guys who delivered the table set. Fantastic addition to my apartment in time for Christmas.

   We visited here for lunch & to buy a rug. The cafe was quiet on arrival, but soon got very busy. The staff were friendly & helpful, the food was delicious! The staff in the shop were knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. Very efficient.

   Gorgeous department store, a real maze to explore and full of beautiful showrooms. Really nice cafe that is welcoming for children as well as adults, with activities and kind staff. Very handy car parking as well.

   When I win the euro millions this is where I'll buy all my furniture, carpets and home decor. Luxury furniture and homeware. Prices are well above the usual high street brands but the quality and craftsmanship is felt in every piece they sell. The shop itself is an old silk mill. A four storey building filled with sofas, dining tables, beds, carpets, rugs, home decor, candles, painting etc. You could definitely spend a couple of hours browsing. Cafe was great. Excellent service. Full cooked breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed by hubby. And my ploughman's sandwich was tasty and very filling. We also had large chunky chips that were fab. Breakfast until 11.30am. Brunch all day and mains from 11.30am. Free parking available. Staff were pleasant and polite. Great place to get some decor inspiration or to just pop in for something to eat.

   Overall cafe fantastic perfect service 5 stars however on purchasing an item, the lady running the florist assisted me after reserving said item however when it came to collecting she made me feel as if she thought I was going to take the item and not pay however/ £10 was out of my price range!!! this was not the case at all I felt very judge and a friendlier manner would not have gone a miss. Maybe don’t be aware not to be so judgemental or perhaps a change of career non customer facing!

   Probably my all-time favourite shop to browse (I'm not normally keen on shopping!). Beautifully presented, great furniture, really helpful staff. The cafe/restaurant is always fantastic too - had the best, tastiest full-English breakfast I've had in years.

   Have been buying my home furniture/ accessories from Bianchi for the last 3 years and honestly have never been disappointed by them. Their collection is amazing and the staff is very helpful. Special shout-out for Richard and Alicia for helping us with the coffee table today. Highly recommended for good quality furniture and excellent customer service.

   Went here mainly for the cafe and had a browse around. Furniture looks good quality, with a good range of styles. I had the Quinoa salad which was fresh and tasty. Wheelchair accessibility is excellent and staff are very helpful.
