Ryan gave truly exceptional service at Starbucks today. He was friendly, attentive, and even recommended a new product that I’ll definitely be getting next time. His positive energy and professionalism really stood out. Ryan is a major asset to the store and the company — staff like him make the whole experience so much better.
What can I say , the staff was absolutely brilliant, so friendly and interested in how I was ,had a brilliant conversation with them about my day / big day as I'm getting married and they went 1000% above and beyond can't thank them enough definitely made my morning, thank you ladies brilliant service.
had a lovely coffee here the other day! The barista named Dan made me my latte, there was a beautiful tulip on it, really nice latte art for a small town! Thankyou a lot, will be coming back :)
This Starbursts is ok. They extremely understaffed and one person only making coffee and chatting all the time leads to very long waits for a coffee. The selection of bags of coffee are limited to 2 as well.
New clean and beautiful Starbucks. Good service, delicious coffee, apparently the coffee machine is new and makes pretty good coffee. Service is very quick. A lot of space
Came all the way here to get a night time starbucks as the website says it closes at 7.30pm. Got there bang on 7pm to be told there closed. Need to change your times on the website so people don’t have a wasted trip.
It's a Starbucks so if you like their coffe, cakes, style etc. you'll like this. However for this particular branch, good range of food to go with usual drink selection, staff were friendly and the place was well laid out and clean.
I was helped by an extremely kind lady Amelia to choose my breakfast. Was knowledgeable on the breakfast items. Very kindly delivered the food to my table. Best service i ever received in a Starbucks.
The two girls serving were really nice but we're massively under pressure, they were both ran off their feet, having had no breaks since they started shift, and had no real cups as they hadn't had a chance to wash any, I was told that Starbucks had cut the amount of staff at the start of January, which I think is a disgrace, this is my first time in any Starbucks and I won't be going again. Shame on you Starbucks
